Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarThe WiFi was virtually non existent, a very weak signal that kept dropping out. The TV channels (satellite) froze up and had no sound so was impossible to watch. The kitchen had very limited equipment. The parking is against the back of the house in a narrow (but quiet) street so if you have a wide car it's probably not practical.
Comfortable and quiet. Spacious terrace. Right in town so very convenient.

PolandPictures at Booking do not show the full reality. We were at the ground floor apartment/patio with "garden view"- should be - parking view with cars almost on the patio(see pictures).There is no privacy at all. There is practically no WiFi- it worked from time to time only and connection was frequently broken-it should be not included in the offer. Apartment itself is very dark with almost no daily light, windows are under stairs and to the wall. Most of the furniture are quite old and a little bit destroyed. Apartment generally looks sad and depressive- plastic or paper flowers do not help much... Everywhere on the building you cam see destruction, and during the rain roof is leaking. There is a gas grill in common space but was old and dirty. We were disappointed by host approach- the lady needs your money not you there and you can feel it everywhere.She is also not helpful. Examples: When I asked how the TV works -host gave me 4 remote controls (2 with batteries and 2 without) and told "Help yourself, I don't know". In each room if there are for example 3 light bulbs only one is working and it is not coincidence but intention-energy costs. There is no liquid to wash dishes, no bags for waste and toilet paper only for beginning- you can buy it yourself (because it costs). When I asked to exchange cars at parking with one of the guests for one last night to have it closer and more convenient to pack the luggage- it was a problem for her and she said no without even trying to ask that guest. So if you have any other possibility for accommodation in Novigrad - rather do not choose Tajana.
Apartment is spacious, cleaned carefully and located close to everything: bakery, fruit and vegetable market, Konzum (50m) concrete/rocky beach (70m), ATM, restaurants (just outside the apartment), marina and city center(close). The city beach near by is not crowded- you will always find a space for you with easy concrete/stairs access to the water. Not good for small children due to rocks. With small children is better to go to pebble Karpinjan Beach (2 km). Kitchen furniture and equipment are new and there is enough dishes for small cooking. Air condition worked well. City is nice, cozy, clean and you can see picturesque sunsets above marina.
