A room had a strange smell, most likely coming from the drain in the bathroom. Even though we had a small fridge in our room we had to share a big communal fridge in the hallway.

Location was excellent, close to the beach, close to the city center. Breakfast was really nice, fresh pancakes made each morning, the coffee was decent. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Communication and info sharing was problematic. Staff could not speak any word in English (when we arrived we could hardly understand there is no private parking of the hotel you can only park in the supermarket's parking space. On google streetview there is a parking space in front of the hotel but it is only available for the habitants of the nearby houses). When arriving we had to wait around 25 minutes until the staff could take pictures of our passports with a smartphone. The last day we were asked to pay the local tourist tax and we could do it in cash and Euro only (no credit or debit card, no kuna). There is no wifi in the rooms and there are only Croatian channels on TV.

Breakfast was excellent, wide range of food, fresh pancakes, breads every day. The beach is very close, around 5 minutes walk distance. Supermarket(Plodine) is also around 5-8 minutes walk.

The rooms are rather tiny. Would be glad to have new furniture. This looked way too worn out and cheap on the first sight. Our AC broke down in about the middle of our stay. Unfortunately it was beyond the repair so there had to be new unit installed - we spent 3 really really hot nights in our room, before we returned home. On the other hand Mrs. Sudar did her best and supplied us at least with the fans.

Good choice from sweet and salt breakfasts, plenty of it. Fruits on the table. Would welcome natural orange/apple juice instead of drinks made out of sweetened concentrate. Pancakes ruled our breakfasts! Staff (owners) very friendly, helpful. Fridge on the room compensated lack of kitchenette. Great location, close to the city centre, close to the beach.

Residence Panolia is conveniently a short walk to the beach and the historical centre of Fazana, and a big supermarket. My room was very ok, silent and with aircondition. Lady in reception was very accommodating and helpful. Good breakfast bufet, good wi-fi and awesome ratio price/comfort. The place has not own parking, but just 50m away was a free parking lot

No complaints

Everything was perfect 🤩 owners are very nice, friendly people, hotel is well situated - beach is in 5 minutes distance, centrum 10 minutes :) no problem with parking, shop and restaurant are also nearby, surroundings was really quiet :) rooms and beds are comfortable - we slept really good :) we had breakfast too - nothing to complain, we found everything what we like - I never forget homemade pancakes - they were incredibly delicious 😋 thank you again 🙏🏼

The biggest frustration was the location close to the bigger road. So when you open the window for the fresh air there is noise from the road and smell of offgases and that untill really late night and from early in the morning.. But we also had a bad luck to have our balcony on the road and not the see side. So if it can be also inconvinient for you make sure you book the room with windows and balcony on the see side. I assume it should be no problem anymore. Our double room was tiny with tiny bathroom, not enough of place to put all the cloths and other things. So we had kind of a mess all the time. Some furniture pieces were broken. The place for brealfast is well organised but in the cellar. One room without window and air conditioner. On the hoter days it was quity sticky in there. There is a small terrasse outside that can be used for breakfast too, but we could not use it as it is allowed to smoke there and as no smokers with little child it was absolute no go for us. All in all and disregarding friendly stuff and great breakfast I find the price quality balance rather bad. Appartment for the same price would be a better option.

The stuff was very friendly and helpluf, ready to adjust to our special needs as much as possible. Thank you Laura! The breakfast was great - variety of choice, all home-made freshly, jummy. The location is good in that perspective that is close to the beach - 7 minutes by foot. The closest part of the beach is with trees for shadow, and the closest restaurant just next to the kinderground. Super convinient for families with small kids. The big supermarket is also only 5 minutes. Parking for extra charge is 2 min from the hotel. There is a fridge in the room. The double bad was big and convinient. There is an aircondotioner.

The room is quite small and there's no private parking, but there is option for parking around.

Great value for money, very welcoming host, clean room and equiped (air conditioning, tv, mini fridge), excellent homemade breakfast, and the location is perfect 5 min walking from the beach and supermarket. We felt very comfortable during our stay, we will definitely go back.

When staying for 5 nights it would have been nice if the towels were changed and rubbish emptied. However, I did not ask the staff. I am sure that if I had asked it would have been done without problem.

The breakfast was great, taste and selection. The location was only a short stroll to the beach, shops and village centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A very fair price in high season.

This was the smallest room I have ever seen, if you have two suitcases you will have nowhere to open them or you will not be able to walk in the room. The shower stall was so outdated it didn't close properly and the doors were actually falling off. Also, we arrived at 11:30 pm and asked the landlady for advice where to park our car. She told us we can pay for parking at the hotel (we did) and showed us where that parking lot was. So when we came to pick up our car at 11:30 am the next day we saw that the parking was free 00:00-6:00 and 6 kn per hour in other times. Which means it would have cost us 36 kn but the lady charged us 75 kn! I don't know what that was but it left a sour taste to be honest.

Location is near the beach and the included breakfast is a welcome option. The bed was really comfortable. The landlady was kind enough to meet us late in the evening and was really hospitable and nice.
