One very big disadvantage from us is the fact that they requested us to pay as soon as we arrived, before we even saw the room. I've been to many resorts and this never happened. Also, staff of the bar doesn't know how to make iced coffee :D

It was extraordinarily clean, the location was very peaceful and everything arround the resort is maintained well. A lot of locations to chill and three outdoor bars which we loved. Food was amazing and we had a lot of choice, every day it was different.

If you want to play tennis, bring your own racquets and balls.

A small island with no cars, absolutely everything on hand, regular ferries for excursions and all inclusive. There are numerous lounging areas and pleasant walks and swims. Sunsets are lovely too. Martin and Vasil , in the restaurant, we’re wonderful hosts and made us all feel very special.

The food on offer for dinner was fine but there wasn't anything special about it. The options were quite repetitive.

Beautiful island. The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach which meant we go easily go between spending time on the beach or by the pool. All the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Our flight home wasn't until later and we were able to use the facilities and enjoy lunch after we had to check out which was great.

I think the property is starting to look tired the paint work in a lot of places around the villas is crumbling , not an issue inside the restaurant . Our biggest issue is we booked a taxi through yourselves supposedly to the resort only to find we had to book a ferry the night before when the taxi company rang us to say it should never have been booked . I have tried to raise this as a complaint as I paid the £82 which could never happen !!!! Also the one free night in the A L carte restaurant does not apply to anyone that books through yourselves even though it’s on the website?????

The gym was small and awkward, and to go to your room you have to climb a steep hill and a lot of stairs.

That almost all the drinks where included. There wasn't much to find on the internet about this.

The location of the hotel was spectacular. Beautiful views from the hotel bars, restaurants, sun beds. Lovey pool area - exceptionally clean. Great service.

The was a bit of garbage on the beach. There are people arriving on the beach so it is a bit crowded sometimes. There are a lot of steps for some villas. Take it into account if have disability

The staff were amazing. I take my hat off to all of them. Regards to the Argentinian chef., he made a special fish for my husband. Inclusive The receptionist helped us to rescue my husband wallet left in the room. It was suppose to be a disaster. But they managed to arrange it to sent to us via a another guest our friend. Very clean The bar man working happily until 1.00 AM We are going back for sure. Thank you very much

The dining experience could have been better. The food was generally ok, but it was not the highlight of the stay. It also took a long time to get the staff's attention for cutlery, as most of the time the tables weren't set as we sat down to eat

One of the days had not hot water, I felt the food could be a step up for the price that one is paying compared to other resorts at same level, I would suggest open backup villa rose to the people so one can have drinks and light food there, the other restaurant should be included. There should be some transportation arrangement made from the hotel to the guest before there arrival, I would also suggest a transportation to take people to the other harbor in order to have drinks at that hotel. I would suggest marketing to a younger crowed since there are so many stairs and a lot of walking. For me was not a issue but I heard many people compelling.

Bedroom smelling a lit bit musty. No elevator in our building to reach the bedroom.

Location was exceptional if you are trying to avoid the crowds. One of a few places where you can stay in front of the beach and close to Dubrovnik. Facilities and food were super good. Pricing versus what was provided is really worth it.

The hotel is fabulous, food, staff, and comfort. Doesn't feel like an all inclusive, lots of space. On the island there are tracks for running, cycling etc. There are lots of secluded bays and areas for wild swimming. Bike, SUP and kayak hire available.

The location was inconvenient- had to take a shuttle bus in addition to a ferry to reach the hotel. Our villa was quite faraway from the hotel entrance.

The wifi signal was low in some parts of the place for example on the 2nd floor of the villa no 6. Room 624 the wifi was pretty bad but it didnt effect our stay because the rest was amazing
