hotel doesnt have lift although there are only 2 storeys. its not a deal breaker

bfast was plentiful. rooms are good sized. staff are friendly and helpful. not a big hotel, i think around 12 rooms so it is not overcrowded. wifi was good as well as A/C. also has a good restaurant for dinner.

was very close to where we were starting a boat trip (about 50 meters away). had excellent restaurant. was quiet and clean. not far from a bus to the old town, and to the super market. had lovely porch to sit on.

Be aware of musquitos

Breakfast on the terrace, next to the river, is a wonderful, peaceful start of the day. Nice patio with a view for guests on the first floor is nice to lounge a little. After arrival the kitchen was still open to cook us some nice supper. Thanks for taking care.

Modern very clean and comfy bedroom with good quality large ensuite shower. Bacon and eggs plus usual cheese and meats for breakfast. Lovely fresh ground coffee. Lovely location on the river

The location : outside of Dubrovnik but still close It s a really quiet and peaceful area. the Bus 2min away taking you directly to Dubrovnik old city The restaurant by the lagoon . Really nice breakfast. The staff is very friemdly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable

As it was the end of the season, heating in the room would have helped as it was a lot cooler. We had to bring one of our heaters from the boat to use in the room whilst we were there. The shower was excellent but could have done with something for placing our own toiletries such as shampoos etc which we had to place on the floor instead.

We used this hotel at the end of our sailing season as we prepared to take our yacht out of the water for the winter. Location is only a 5 minute walk from the ACI Marina, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the dinner at night was excellent, with a good variety for a 4 night stay. The room has everything you need with very comfortable beds.

No close public transportation to Dubrovnik, but it was still a nice place for its value!

The staff was amazing, the free breakfast was a plus! The view at oué hôtel was nice snd the free parking was a bonus! The staff also helped us plan our trip and had great suggestions for places to visit.!

Excellent location for being able to get to by bus and walk to ACI marina. The outside balcony for relaxing was a perfect way to unwind after a day traveling and the breakfast patio was a wonderful way to start the day.

very nice location, 3 min walk from bus that brings you to the old town and 2 min walk from supermarket. next to a lake so very peaceful. There is a pool nearby where you can swim and the restaurant serves the best black risotto ever! the staff is very friendly and rooms are clean, silent and comfortable

Personal and breakfast were great. Given the high prices for parking in Dubrovnik, it is the great location to leave a car at the hotel private parking and take a bus to Dubrovnik that is 5 min away from the hotel and goes every 20 minutes
