The rooms are rather outdated, but enough for staying for a couple of nights. Big minus is the curtain in the shower, which is totally not hygienic. No kettle in the room. The air-conditioner was leaking, but it was fixed when we called the reception.

The location of the hotel is in a calm area with easy access to the local bus that takes you to the city center within 15 minutes. We had a room with a great sea view and spacious terrace. There is also a pebble beach, but no free sunbeds. Breakfast is fine for a short stay.

The hotel was on sunset beach, which is very nice. The hotel has it's own beach. The food was delicious. The room and bathroom was very clean.

There isn't a lift at the hotel, no fridge in rooms and had to pay for water at dinner. We had to pay for a sun bed on the beach, shouldn't have to pay but anyway, was only like $9?

Location was amazing, literally right on the beach. Buffet dinner was good, enjoyed the dishes. The staff were friendly and polite. Short walk to other restaurants which was helpful. The hotel was clean. Comfortable beds.

Room was too small. I wanted a room on the third floor with a bigger balcony! Also, no fridge in the room and no window in bathroom area. Dinner was average and poorly cooked.

No fridge or safe in the room. The coffee at breakfast was awful, really undrinkable and the fruits juices were very strange tasting and watery. Sun loungers on the beach were 9 Euros a day, not as expensive as some places we visited (up to 25 Euros per day) but still it adds up with a family of 4. Plus the beach is pebbly, big pebbles too, so lying on it without a sun lounger was very uncomfortable. As with all places in Croatia beach shoes for walking in and out of the sea are a must!!!

The location right on the beach was perfect. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view and it was lovely. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size too, bright and modern and clearly had been refurbished with good air con. The only downside was no fridge in the room and no safe either. The hotel was a bit dated in places but it didn’t detract from our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of food. We didn’t have dinner included so can’t comment t on that.

The beach is right next to the hotel. Very good and rich breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Sea view rooms have a great view over the bay.

Some renovation is needed: carpet is used, hard to find electrical outlet in the room to charge your phone, the toilets are old and take forever to stop to make noise. Furthermore, to have to pay to get get a beach chair, especially when the beach is not sand but rocks, is taking advantage of your clientele.

In the room I received, if I kept my window from the bathroom opened, the smell from the kitchen got inside. For breakfast there was only instant coffee.

Shower head did not sit in the holder so unable to take a standing shower without wetting the whole bathroom. Bathroom also felt dated and grout needed tending to. The door to the balcony wouldn't stay shut and kept opening all night.

Great location on the best Dubrovnik beach for sunset. Good options for the available breakfast. Comfortable room with aircon.

The hotel is old but we’ll maintained what could be improved is the hygiene. The personele was friendly enough however not very friendly or accommodating.

The reception employees are nice but a bit "shy" ... not proposing much when specific demands. But this is a detail. Fitness center at the 4 star hotel nearby (joined hotels) should be less expensive for hotel guests (22 Euros for 1 hour). Room bathroom a bit small.

Hotel employees (reception and restaurant) very nice and welcoming. Nice and touristic area (Lapad Bay) but hotel situated in a quieter zone. Nice restaurant terrasses. Restaurant is serving a nice breakfast buffet and a very good dinner buffet which is cheap (~20 Euros/pers) compared to the restaurants in the main tourist street nearby. Beach is right down the hotel stairs, is clean and the sea is crystal clear. Possible to rent umbrella and chairs daily. Our 3 persons room was quite big and comfortable; beds were comfortable too.
