The toilet, bathtub and sink were washed and clean, but there was still a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom. Our room was located opposite an unused house/cottage, which slightly disturbed the aesthetic impression of the surroundings of our accommodation.

In the resort, you can choose from several types of beaches (with moderate entry, with deep water, rocky, gravel, ...). The biggest advantage is plenty of shade - old pine trees grow in the immediate vicinity of the coast. The houses are located under tall trees, so even during the heat they have a pleasant microclimate.

I did not like that just a few of the apartments were available and others were in renovation process- it looked a bit abandoned.

It's difficult to find the entrance to the park. The room smelled like mold.

There are some facilities as regarding water sports, but they could have been more ( ex. there were only 2 paddle boats, and no standing up paddle to rent). Also, the tennis and basketball courts were not "in shape".

Nice location, within a pine tree forest surrounded by the sea. Although we reached the destination earlier, the receptionist tried and succeeded to finalize the check in and helped us receive the room fast. The sea and the small town are beautiful. The waterpark for children was ok. Nice volleyball and minigolfer court.

It wasnt clean when we arrived. There was hair everywhere. And the shower is really bad, the pressure of the water in shower was really low.

If I can say one thing as a father, maybe they could invest a bit more into the playground. It's good already, just it is very small.

All apartments looks like new inside and almost all of them are with sea view. Well equipped and clean. The whole environment, the trees what give you shadow during the day when the sun is hot. Long beaches, and absolutely not crowded.

- whatever you read about cleanliness, it is probably true. You need to be "relaxed” about it (or use the broom yourself). When we arrived (21/7), it seemed as if we were the first guests of the season and no one has cleaned the apartment since last year. Since the apartment (and the resort) are ideal for family stays, I can imagine some people might not be so understanding when staying with kids. - the TV does really only have 4 (Croatian) channels but that didn't bother us. - older kitchenette (hotplate) - we stayed at the ground floor and there was a partially see-through door without the possibility to lock the door properly - we stayed at an apartment which was supposed to have beach-view - with some imagination (but the other did have a better view) - our apartment was right next to the bungalow which served the cleaning ladies that used to gather and sit on our terrace and stairs in the morning while we were having breakfast there - only one room card per apartment, which needs to be in the slot for the A/C to function.

There were many highs and lows during our stay. What was good: - well equipped apartments (we were able to cook simple dishes like pasta), located in pine tree forest, - very nice atmosphere, - towels changed every other day, - very close to the beach, literally just a couple of steps, - several beaches in walking distance in addition to the one at the resort, - possibility to get breakfast buffet (and dinner), - sport equipment to rent (SUP, kayaks, (really good) bicycles, mini-golf, water-park, table tennis, etc.), - quite many activities, we didn't have enough time to try them all, there was even some animation program for kids and some yoga/aerobic for adults, - very nice small village with a good choice of restaurants, - the beach bar Skakaone was probably recently renovated and has a really good kitchen & drinks and live music in the evenings. We didn't need much more. We were a couple, the apartment was a bit big for us so also the value for many is better if there are more people in the apartment (ours was for 2+1)

The best beach is at the entry, extending about 150m to the beach bar. The other part of the beach is ok, but not suited for toddlers (1 to 3 years), which means the first part is usually quite crowded.

For people booking via booking.com additional amenities like waleyball, table tenis or minigolf not mentioning water playground are expensive and payed additionally. Weekly cost could easyly go beyond 125 euro if you are going with kids.

Very nice people, nice apartments with enough eguipment including aircondition. Location is fantastic, near some base shops, multiple and good restaurants around and off course near to the sea. Well organized animations for kids are really fantastic.

We were having some trouble getting there because of our transportation but the receptionist was very nice and helped us make sure we were able to get to our room even though we arrived very late. A security guard guided us to our room and he was very helpful. The breakfast was standard but it was good. We were satisfied with it because certain things about the breakfast would change. So it was very good. Dinner was different everyday even though there weren't many options it was still nice it was different. The view we had from the bar was amazing as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested places we should visit. Shout out to Natalia (hopefully I spelled it right) the general atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. The beaches were clean and very close to the apartments. The beaches were quite rocky though but it didn't spoil the experience. There are pine trees everywhere and they provide a good amount of shade so you're not in the sun all the time. All in all the vibe of the resort was very relaxed and the people of the city were very nice. We have very nice conversations with them. The apartment was nice and clean. It was definitely big enough for both of us. Everything you needed was there even if you wanted to cook for yourself. Overall the experience was great and we enjoyed our time there. It's definitely a place I want to after they have finished the construction. I see their plan and I'm excited about it. S/N: You can actually bring your car thanks to the ferry. Amazing experience by the way.

Our house was old fashioned and not maintained. The heavy shower glass fall-off while our 11 years old son was showering. We are lucky that he was not hurt. Generally, the whole place is under construction.

But the waterworld didn’t work. The Sand for children was hard. The sportplace was out of order. Many mess between the trees. Recunsttucrion of the apartman’s is in progress. Flying dust and noisy. In our apartman need a painting. The hot plate temperature controller didn’t work well. Receptio need renewing. No restaurant in park. The old bungalow is really disapointing, with many mess. No place for carparking near the apartmant

We come here for the third time. The apartment have have never had updates. Everything is old. Electric sockets are half out the wall. Electric appliances don’t work. Water did nit work for a day. Toilet did nit flush. It is outdated and meeds modernisation. The price is no longer in line for the quality they offer. In the past you needed a badge to park the car on the property. They removed the system. As a result also people that visit the punta for a day park here, so as resident you need the park outside the park in the busy center parking of kuckljan. If your apartment is on the top. It is a nice 10-15 minute walk each time In conclusion without some upgrades and new measures this parked is no longer a recommended holiday destination and you are much better of renting some of the very spacious, modern appartements ( and much better price/quality) in Kuckljan or other parts of the island.
