While the food was okay, it fell short of exceeding my culinary desires. I had hoped for a more flavorful dining experience.

Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time during our stay. The room was spacious, bright, and featured its own terrace. The bed was large and comfortable. The Smart TV offered a great selection of channels, including some english options. The spa was free to use, and the sauna was sufficiently hot. We even received complimentary sauna oils. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hard to communicate with most of the staff, poor understanding of english or german. Water from pipes had rusty smell.

Very good location- in the centre near big thermal spa and main square. Great pools and saunas inside the hotel. Large balcony, big room, big bathroom. Staff friendly. Great value for money!

Billing in euros that was converted to forints without asking us for our preference. This conversion did not equate to the market rate for euro to forints at the time. As a result it added a hidden cost which we felt was not a transparent way to do business.

With the dinner I have mixed feelings, food was good, but it was continental, so if you were afraid to try what Hungarians eat, you didn't have a lot to choose anymore. But at the end you could found something, so you werent hungry. In the restaurant they almost all speak german, nobody english, only one waiter spoke english, so that was solved at the end, I was greatful. Rooms were grea

For breakfast they had big offer, breakfast was good.I liked spa, it was small, but it had everything you needed to relax. They also had pool outside and garage under the hotel, so that was great. I liked balcony in our room. The lady on reception was kind and she could speak english. They mostly speak german, but we found a waiter who was speaking english.

Restaurant: dirty table clothes and chair covers/skirts in the restaurant, tastless food (beef, dödölle, sliced potato, scrambled eggs) and drinks (apple juice tasts like water) Wellness: no pool-attendant was present, children were continuously splashing water by jumping and throwing balls. Rooms: family room had strange looking, allocation and equipments. Everything was used and dirty.

Home made milk products (yoghurt, cheese, butter, milk) at breakfast, lángos and pancakes at dinner.

The staff was amazing! They close the restaurant at 20:00 but we arrived at 20:30, the staff was very nice and they served the dinner anyway! The food was perfect and also bio! The room was ok but the bed was very big and we loved it! We will be back!
