I spent a night with my family in this b&b. Bob is and very friendly host. Well maintained and fairly clean home.

noisy other guests. The double bed is small (120cm wide), but there is a plus sofa bed in the room.

The landlord is kind, the house is really beautiful and modern. The location of the house is really good. Outside parking in a parking lot 100 m away from the house. (It is not a dislike but the bathroom is shared with other guests, which we did not realize during reservation.)

It was pretty far away from Budapest but even then the host gave us free transport at check-in.

Very spacious and comfortable. Pretty good conditions and facilities, especially for it's price. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helping. I had a very good time.

Bob was very nice, kind and welcoming. The place is clean, and everything was as described. He offered us other, more spacious room, and also gave us toys for our daughter, as well as water and sweets when we arrived. Great experience. Strongly recommend.

I can imagine that breakfast would top up the greateness of this place however tea and coffee was complimentary. Perhaps a small minus was that bathroom was shared but this is an inn on the house so that is not possible without major rearangments. It was hard to think about minuses of this place really.

Perfect spot either while staying in Székesféhérvar or on the way from Croatia to Slovakia or Poland. Superclean rooms with very nice interior. Two shared bathrooms by guests of several rooms of just enough especially that toilet is separate. Bathroom upstairs is equipped with a jet bath tub. Towels included. Kitchen downstairs nicely equipped. We were warmly welcomed despite arriving 30 minutes past check-in time. We were offered complimentary water and sweets which was very nice. Quite area and convenient street parking outside. House is well maintained and the area is green... Skylight (Roof window) provided a view on trees and even the lake! It was comfortable and quiet night. I highly recommend this location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this particular villa, and it was an absolute experience for my family . From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's family-friendly layout and thoughtful amenities. The spacious bedrooms and common areas provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, while the outdoor spaces were perfect for kids to play and explore. Lovely place with beautiful garden. We just stayed one night, but it was perfect for a good rest after a day on the road. I wish we could stay longer to enjoy the lake nearby. The owner is an incredibly sweet guy. If you have kids, the place has everything necessary and even more. We had two connected rooms on the first floor, and were told to share the toilet and bathroom with other guest, but we didn’t see them. We were allowed to use the kitchen, so we made coffee and drank it in the garden. There are some snacks you can buy as well

This is not the owner's fault, but Booking app has tricked us in listing this place in our search, even though we have never opted for a shared bathroom facility.. For this reason and because of some other ones (we were asked to leave our shoes outside the house and use slippers inside), we felt that the price we paid was too much for what we've got. In principle there is nothing wrong with these issues, if they're known in advance so one can freely choose whether they're suitable or not. Since we came late, with three children, we had to accept the given conditions.

The host is extremely kind and benevolent. His attitude compensates for some shortcomings. We could check-in at a late hour, as requested.

We wished that Bob wasn't so concerned about the time we were coming and going. It felt that he was hovering around and expected to know when we were leaving for the day and when we would be back. Which was sometimes hard to predict.

The room was set up in the garage, a bit dusty. The bathroom is shared. And maybe all of these things would not be a problem, if you know in advance and still chose that.

The heating units provided worked, heated up the room.
