You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaCommunication difficult, in case you can not speak Hungarian. Food not as good as I expected this time. Going to another hotel 200 m away for breakfast when the restaurant inside the Appolo hotel is much more plesant.
I like Hungary. I spent several holidays in the country: Budapest, Debrecen, Heviz (3 times). I enjoy the thermal water treatments, the food, the wine, the people - in spite of the difficult communication ( I speak Romanian as mother tongue and French and English as foreign languages)

RomaniaThere wasn’t one big bed there were 2 united beds. The balcony isn’t just for one room like you share it with other rooms so you have no intimacy. The staff at the breakfast wasn’t friendly we had our staying booked with breakfast and when we came there there weren’t enough tables and even after we talked to the person in charge with the dining room he just told us to wait until someone leaves and just after we talked to the receptionist we somehow got a table because other people leaved the room. They could have opened the terrace for other tables but they didn’t do that.

RomaniaRooms seem to be a bit outdated and the hotel could use some renovating. There was no light on the room balcony and no nets to stop mosquitos to enter the rooms. We had to go to a different place for breakfast in the first day (that place had better breakfast than what we had in the following days of our stays)
Convenient location, nice outside area and the pools were a good way to relax. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need in there. Breakfast was "not great not terrible" - the one from the hotel is lower quality than the one from another hotel in the same chain.

RomaniaThe place could use a little work, there are some traces of mold on the ceiling in the pool area. In our room the heat wasn't working, that was a little unpleasant, we couldn't dry the towels and during the night it was rather cold (in September). We told the receptionist but no one came to check or to fix it. I don't think he understood English very well. We manged to ask for extra blankets (using Google Translate).
The pool and the thermal water pool (although small) were very nice. The sauna also. The room a good size and the breakfast ok.
