Room was not so clean, there were missing 1 courtian in window, stinking (H2S) sewage from sink in WC (wrong connection, probably). As I had meeting 100km from Szeged at 9:00am next day, I had no chance to eat breakfast (paid), which starts from ... 8:00! I see 1st time that breakfast is served so late for working people.

Restaurant nearby and TESCO shop... Helps not die of hunger!~Wifi ok

There was no hot water in the shower. Immagine taking a jacuzzi and having no hot water at the shower. Other guest complaint about this as well. The terrace was not cleaned up, it was very messy from the trees. Room was very small, barely was space to move around with 2 beds inside.

AC was not working. Definitely not room for 4( 2 adults and 2 kids) not clearly communicated the type of the accommodation - self checking, no staff on site. Entry code came too late. 5 am following morning after our arrival. We had trouble to enter property and room.

Very small room. The third bed is an unfolded armchair that blocked the door to the so called 'patio' The water was SMELLING really really bad. Probably they use a reservoir otherwise I can't explain this. The food in the restaurant was awful. Sorry but that was the worst pizza I had in a while. And it's expensive. They add a 12% service fee to your bill. Staff was constantly staring making us feel uncomfortable. They came while we were having breakfast to ask for our passports to do 'the paperwork'. It couldn't wait...

Only nice thing was the SPA.

The room was very small, the bed took most of it. The water in the bathroom had a weird sulphury smell (but that might not be hotel related). The breakfast did not have many options but was really tasty.

Checkin is so easy. We got a code for the gate and doors via booking messages and that was it. We entered by ourselves. We met the host at checkout and she was very kind & professional. The hotel has private parking.

Extremely small room and no AC although in the presentation it was said that the room is equipped with AC. We could barely sleep for a few hours due to the high temperature in the room overnight.

The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. Easy, seamless self check-in and check-out.

There is no air conditioning and when it’s hot outside it’s impossible to sleep. They have some built in wall cooling instead but that makes no difference during hot weather.

The room on the small side. The beds were smaller than standard 2x single put together. The check in is chaotic managed via emails only. We had 8 emails to which we couldn’t respond as returned undeliverable. The hotel is automated to some degree (which left us stranded upon our arrival) but than you still need to provide passport/ID copies which means having to wait for reception to arrive. Not a 24/7 manned reception. Staff entered our private spa area without consent; telling us they did to close hot tub. Private space was adjacent to our bedroom. Said private space also has another door to “staff room” with a balcony door to our private jacuzzi area. Found this disturbing and unnerving making our bedroom & space non private. Hottub / Jacuzzi is semi warm with a LOT of chemicals to a degree our eyes were burning; we have a hot tub at home & understand some chemicals are needed but this was crazy amount (reason top was off). The building resembles a motel not hotel. Parking available within motel grounds behind gates for a fee. Getting jnside said gated area at night is a challenge as cars /patrons visiting the adjacent restaurant are parked blocking the entry regardless of signs. When staff was there it was best described as “big brother watching”. Motel nests between blocks of flats in a residential area surrounding with 8 story buildings.

The rooms were modern, clean with everything one can need on a short stay. It was very well thought out. Great attention to detail, some great art pieces. Relatively new hotel. Mattress was soft. Breakfast was included in the stay which was served next door in a restaurant. Said restaurant was beautifully decorated with American influence. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room with private spa had robes too. The small fridge in the room was handy. Location too far to walk from center but close to the river Tisza. The guest book was helpful and decently put together.

Small building, could be noisy, especially if people don't follow hotel etiquette (while staying on the aisle). The bathroom wasn't "super clean" at arrival, but it was fixed after we informed the receptionist.
