Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The hotel was in a superb location, the room was fabulous and the spa was really enjoyable and clean! The reception staff helpful and responsive. I like that they phoned the night before check out to ask if we needed help with travel arrangements. The breakfast was superb and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and good at waiting the tables! The rooftop bar is also very impressive. It is one of the nicest city break hotels we have stayed in.....

United StatesThere was nothing I didn't like about the Aria. I will be hard pressed to find something better. The rest of the hotels on my vacation will now be compared against the Aria.
Breakfast was exceptional as was our room, it was beautiful. You couldn't beat the location of the hotel, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was fantastic as well, so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

United KingdomThe attitude of the Sky Bar staff can be somewhat cold, despite booking weeks in advance, we were told no tables outside were available, despite seeing many empty ones. Save your money and make the most of happy hour and spend £12 in the Basillica opposite for far superior views.
Very comfortable, sizeable and quiet room. Well appointed, with excellent digital services available (music library, streaming services etc). Happy hour (2 hours!) is a great value add on, with very attentive staff. Rooms look into the atrium and music garden which is very peaceful. Use the Bolt app (like Uber) for instant Taxi booking.

The location of the hotel is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants close by and the Basilica which is fantastic can be seen up close from the rooftop of the hotel. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a lot of choice of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A great bonus is the complementary wine and cheese offered between 4 and 6pm every day, this was a great way to start the evening. The spa was lovely, small but very quiet and a great hot tub.

United KingdomOver the whole 4 days the ONLY negative was on one occasion we were unable to use the Sky Bar as it was full. I would suggest that hotel guests should take priority over visitors.
The Aria Hotel has so many positives that it’s hard to detail them all. From the hotel decor to the location and so much in between it is an exceptional hotel.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, professional and helpful. The room was amazing, spacious and very clean. The breakfast was superb. There is a wine hour between 4 pm and 6 pm with live music at the lobby. We had the best experience and highly recommend the property.
