From the moment I entered "the Palace" I was treated royally! Welcomed with a glass of champagne while I checked in. I arrived early but the reception prioritized my room . The bed and pillows were super comfortable! Breakfast was lovely with made to order dishes for everyone. An enormous selection of meats ,cheeses and desserts , not to mention coffees and champagne. 5 star 🌟 as well as sauna ,steam room and jacuzzi pools . Thank you for an incredible stay ! ❤️

Beautiful hotel in excellent decorative order. Stylish with modern rooms which were well furnished and with enormous comfortable super king bed. The shower and separate bath with two basins was also unexpected and luxurious. The dining room was beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was wide and very reasonable.

Amazing room and location in a hotel that exudes the grandeur of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Lovely location close to the Danube and Parliament. Room with a separate a shower room with toilet and bathroom with a relaxing bathtub was top notch. The bed was firm and comforting for my picky back. The Sisi dining room was a wonder to behold. The lounge by the lobby was modern and stylish. I would definitely come back again.

Wow! 5 star hotel literally a palace! Fabulous staff who go out of there way to help!! Kind and helpful - Fabulous on site restaurant and the breakfast is wonderful in a large palace room that was a piece of art with stunning frescoes - the sweetest staff ever - as an American, Hungary is not as proficient in the English language so expect some language barriers more then more then other parts of Europe - but they all try their best with kindness

It was a perfect stay. Everything was good, from the reception with complimentary prosecco to the spacious bedroom. The staff was very nice everywhere, but I'd like to single out the breakfast attendants for their extraordinary kindness and helpfulness.

The ergonomics of the espresso machine and tea kettle are slightly hindered by their current placement on the table, requiring a slight adjustment to reach the electricity point. Perhaps a longer power cord would be beneficial in this regard.

The breakfast experience was exquisite, set within a former dancing room that added to its charm. Each morning became a delightful affair, with fresh and flavorsome food offerings and an outstanding selection to choose from. Located near the parliament and just a few meters from the metro station, the hotel's central position allowed for leisurely evening strolls. The room was spacious, exuding comfort and elegance in equal measure. Service was impeccable, whether during breakfast or when arranging activities at the reception. One evening, feeling weary from exploring the city, we opted for the hotel bar. The cocktail served was exceptional, and we savored a tranquil moment in its soothing ambiance.

The staff is too young and most of them not from Europe. I was missing there some senior manager like Maitre of the restaurant, I have not seen the Hotel Manager.. in such 1st class hotel you need also first-class employees not students ...It felt at some point like a Kindergarten management..despite the staff was very polite and friendly
