The hotel is well located at walking distance both from the train station and from the city centre. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist with anything. The breakfast was also excellent, freshly served. I can only recomend this hotel to anybody.

There is absolutely no complaints at all. Only good things to say. They make such a good effort. It’s nice and refreshing to see.

This hotel is exceptional. They treated my family and I extremely special with a top tier room with excellent decor and very comfortable. We had complimentary wine, chocolates and drinks upon arrival to our room. The staff especially Tibor and Edina are very lovely people who care very much about providing great service. They are very friendly and made our stay completely satisfying and I hope they will get that promotion or bonus - they did fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel. And the cost is excellent.

The beds are too small even for a room with separate beds. But maybe that's the standard size in Hungary.

I wish my stay could have been longer! And I wish I could have enjoyed the pool!

The hotel is located halfway between the train station, and the city center, which makes its location perfect. The staff is extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My stay was very short, but it was made more enjoyable by the kindness of the two receptionists. The room had every possible, modern amenity I could wish for. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were very busy, and we understand that but ..we felt that at LEAST they could have acknowledged us w/ a smile and noted that they would be with us as soon as possible (in the bar). Instead, we were ignored (I guess) and left after waiting for at least an acknowledgement of our presence. Too Bad

We have dear friends at the university in Szeged and have visited them throughout the years, always staying with you. The rooms are comfortable, the location is perfect for us and your welcoming lounge is always a plus for the various people we meet with to find us during our stay in Szeged. Thank you.

Staff should get bonuses for exceeding customer expectations. They do a good job and I hope they get rewarded for it.

Excellent. Tibor needs a promotion! He works the night shift and yet he has the professionalism and gives fantastic customer service. He ensured our stay was great. Next time I stay at the hotel, I hope to hear that he had a pay rise or promotion. Breakfast was really good with nice variety of choices to eat and the staff were polite and friendly. The swimming pools adds a fun quality to the hotel. Parking is also convenient.

We stayed at the hotel only one night. We were satisfied with everything. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette and a large couch. The parking lot is not very big and cannot be reserved in advance, but we fit in. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good, only the dishes could be cleaner.

Windows had the view in the interior yard, it was nice, but no privacy, especially if you want to use the pool, this is very small and near the parking and windows of the rooms.

We stayed in a cozy apartmeny with kichinette and terrace, it was spacious, confortable for 3 persons. There is parking in an inner courtyard with a charge. Breakfast was good. Very good hotel for transit.

The kitchenette could be more convenient, i.e., providing dish soap and paper towel.

Good location on the way to the city center. Modern and nicely designed hotel interior and rooms. The staff was very helpful in all cases, and they answered very kindly. Good air conditioning, large TV screen, fast wi-fi connection, large balcony, luggage storage available. They also offer a wide selection for breakfast. And on top of that, there is an outdoor pool in the inner garden.

A little bit of noise from the trams outside. A bit more noise from the fridge in the room. Bed not quite as comfortable as you'd hope.

Good location between the station and the centre. Big room, even with a kitchenette. Good bathroom. Decent WiFi.

In our room the shower was shared with a chimney shaft which was weird, but totally usable.

Big enough parking space - in a city hotel, to have enough space for your car for free is a find! And then all else is awesome - rooms, facilities, staff. Can't oversell it.
