The location was great, 10 min walk to Cave Bath& opposite to Ellipsum(another Spa location).The food was top-notch, and having a pool and spa on-site was a great bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Plus, the room was spotless and cozy. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Everything was great! A very good location, close to Cave Bath 10 min walking & opposite Ellisum another SPA location. The room at the hotel was clean, warm, comfortable bed & pillows; the bathroom was clean; towels & bathrobes provided in the room for the swimming pool & jacuzzi area.. which was also great! The food in the restaurant was good cooked and tasty.

Everything was great! Location, accomodation, reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning personnel, underground parking... The food was great (fresh, tasty, various sortiments for breakfast and dinner). Jacuzzi and sauna facilities are great. Everyone was kind and polite and made our stay at this location to be excelent. it was a bit noisy. we had a room in the front and the opposite house had buildings noise going.

We came to the hotel before 11 am but it wasn't a problem at all. Nice lady at the reception desk did check in with us and let us know that our room will be ready at 2 pm because it is check-in time. Meantime, we could leave the luggage in the storage room and go to the wellness. After 20 minutes she reached us in wellness with a key from our room. We were so thankful for it because we were after long journey without sleep. The room was clean and spacious with nice temperature. The food was delicious with many selections. For us, it was a beautiful stay and we hope that we will have the opportunity to come back one day.

The staff was generaly nice but except for one person at the front desk, no one seem to speak other language than Hungarian. Some smaller and softer pillows would have been better. 🙂

The room was large and confortable. The spa was great. Very good food at breakfast and dinner. Good, reliable wifi. Parking available at the property for a quite small charge.

Dinner could be better. In my stay dinner was included , but I had to pay money for sparkling water every single day ::(( There is no water heater in room for coffee and tea.

I thought 4 stars would contain traveling cosmetics in the room not just one bootle of shower gel and shampoo bootle fixed on the wall. The carpet in the room seemed dirty or very used.

The food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the wellness section was great.

Some lightbulbs missing in the bedroom. The buffet coffee was not good, and although there is a chance to order and pay for a good one, still, the one offered in the buffet could be better.

Staff was great. Room was clean, bed was good enough - pillows were also good enough. Internet worked fine. Food was good, with some few, but reasonable options for people with food intolerance like me! Localization is good, less than 10 min walk from the cave bath. The hotel wellness is also very good. And we got chocolate when we entered the room, so nice for a Valentine's weekend!
