On the breakfast, there were some issues, such as the fry eggs being cold and the heating lamp drying them off. For the period of one week that we stay, the towels have been changed only once, and the clean towels have been left on the top of the toilet seat. not hygenic

the location was very close to the thermal bath complex, and the room was good size

Odd smell in the room, not pleasant. No shower curtain, difficult to take a shower, all the water is spraying on the floor. No free water available at meal time.

Location very close to Hungarospa. Nice room, spacious, with kitchen. Polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast and dinner.

The room for kids , playground will need some atention for upgrading the toys and cleaning the room.Heating was off .Bit dissapointing this room .I hope until the next visit will be better , thank you The car park is not specially arranged , will be welcomed an upgrade.

We did a little Holiday on Hajduszoboszlo Aquapark and we booked this Hotel , really nice and comfortable , the food is very good and the staff is really looking after you .Is really close to the aquapark , around 5-10 minutes of walking .The parking at the hotel is big enough.I can recomend to all of you.

The staff doesn’t speak English (except one) when we checked in, no one mentioned to us, that we have sauna in this place! Accidentally we find out, on the last evening! In Booking.com is specified, Bathrobes but we didn’t had any We need to complain to have the room cleaned Fresh towels or to change the bedsheets For 4* this is unacceptable!!! No one ( Manager) bothered to contact me, to apologies due to my complaint probably this is their routine😡😡😡 The food was quite good but sometimes VERY SALTY😭😭😭 To pay €700 for a week and to be charged another €4/day for parking is outrageous On top of that they are so greedy to charge extra for 2 bottles of water😡 We won’t return to this place!!!

The personal in the restaurant don't like their jobs and it's quite obvious. But maybe it's understandable after a really long shift. But with a nicer approach, it would have been a 10 grade hotel.

Does not look like a 4* hotel. Rather a 3* hotel. At breakfast it smelled like food in all the hotel.

The shower was broken and not working properly, and it was full of limescale. The golden blanket on the bed had a lot of stains. The bed sheets clean and it would have looked better withoout the “golden” blanket and pillow which seemed to be old and had stains. Also, it was weird to have a lot of food at dinner but you had nothing to drink included in the price, not even a Glass of water. You Could buy from bar.

The property is close to the Aquapark and location is very nice. Food was very good and diverse.

We purchased a Junior suite with half-board included. BY FAAAAARRR, conditions are nothing compared to a 4* hotel. Dirty floor in the room with big stains and horrible smell. Breakfast was the first one in my life where they do not offer you water to drink ... especially in July. Miserable coffee and coffee machine. Rutten fruits for desert. Generally, the food was waaaaay bellow expectations. No daily cleaning. No towels change. Toilet flush button broken. Shower caps broken. Water would leak from bathroom into the room and get absorbed into the carpet floor Luckly for us, we only stayed for 3 nights so it was not worth wasting time with complains.

Reception is fairly nice. Parking has survaillance. Smart TV with internet and Netflix activated.

Personal very helpfull, food very combined and for every people. Hotel is very cozy and they are welcome drinks. This hotel is perfect for two three nights. Is very close near AquaPalace and city center. I am ordered for my birthday one choco cake it was very good. Thanks for staff we are comming back soon.
