The window blinds were not properly blocking the light from the outside lamp, not all windows had curtains unfortunately, we did not understand why they chose this set_up. The room we got was really small, but on the other hand, the bathroom was bigger than average.

It's OK for a short trip, we were in transit. The room was cleaned well, there's free parking, the hotel is in a quiet area. Breakfast was average, but the staff were helpful:). There are some chairs on the deck in front of the hotel to relax, guess it's nice during the summer.

The sauna was cold, but the stuff was prompt to heat it up. However, obviously this takes quite some time.

We were charge at breakfast for drinking an extra coffe, that was unexpected since it came with breakfast.

The room we got was a bit small, for 1 night it was okay for longer stays it might be uncomfortable, although the huge bathroom kinda compensates that size of the room.

Liked the location which is still in the city, but in a quiet suburban area. The hotel and the rooms and exceptionally well designed. The spa is just perfect very high quality sauna and jacuzzi. The cleaniness of the hotel is also exceptional. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great also:)

There weren't really too many negative points. Perhaps the wellness area could be a bit larger, maybe a regular pool would round everything nicely. Also, the hotel is quite far away from the city center, you would need a car to get there

Great value for money! An interestingly designed hotel, stylish and modern in its furniture and decorations. Even though the room was on the smaller side, it still was very comfortable. The shower in particular was also incredible - very spacious and with loads of functions. The staff were also friendly, and the whole area was perfectly quiet during the night.

Small issues like I couldn’t find a way to heat up the room even though I turned up the switch to the radiator to 5 it didn’t warm up, I was too tired to go down to the reception and ask so I fell asleep, I woke up in the morning freezing, and also there was some kind of noise that you could hear like a washing machine or something. Still a 10 for cleanliness and design.

Very nice designed modern hotel, nice garden to chill out, clean and great staff, just perfect for 1 night stay in transit.

I like preaty much everything.

Quiet location, in a green area, near a park, nice and cozy restaurant . Very helpful receptionist. A bus has station near hotel. Is useful if yo want to leave your car in parking and enjoy few beers in spectacular Heidelberg center
