This place is not price for value.. at least for the period of New Year I paid 120 euro with discount from booking from 140 euro. It was a room with three beds and I thought that breakfast was included which was not. Nowdays in booking they have found new words to describe that breakfast is not included like “it is available”. So 120 euro it was the price without breakfast and I was asked to pay extra 20 euro for a breakfast of 2. In my humble opinion this place is not for more than 80 euro . This place is not a hotel. The reception, lobby and kitchen for breakfast are on the same limited space on the only available first floor. The 10 rooms are around of this space. The rooms are not soundproof and that means for a couple no privacy. Also the smells of the kitchen are coming into the rooms. As I mentioned this is not a hotel and that means you will not get the services of the hotel such as 24 reception or a special locked space if you want to keep your luggage in a special room like all hotel have. Though the cleaning service is good. The breakfast is not worth of having it in this pension. I personally found the dinning space dark, without any window or sunlight. I took a picture of the space just to have your own opinion. Finally I would like to mention that with 20 euro that I was asked you can easily have French breakfast including croissant, fresh marmalade, orange juice and tea in the castle district for 2people or anyway a combination of two breakfast dishes. In conclusion is that with 120 euro you can find a proper hotel in Pest area, in city centre that includes breakfast.

The location of this pension is close to metro. Literally 3 min on feet. The host is very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and warm. Available coffee and tea all the time.

Exceptionally helpful and nice host! Very nice room, we had everything we needed. Tea and coffee area was nice touch:) Proximity to the public transport station, easy to get everywhere. Highly recommend this accomodation.

As others have mentioned,there is a smell coming from the restaurant next door. Nothing that can be done from the property as you cannot smell anything once you are in but I can see why for some guests,that is a negative.

Wonderful guesthouse located conveniently next to metro,tram and bus stations. Staff was friendly and eager to help with any request we had. A very welcoming shared place with always available complimentary coffee,tea etc. Room was clean and spacious with lots of storage space.

The staff were really friendly, the location very convenient next tram and metro stops with lots of places to eat nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a smelly food-store next to the guesthouse, so the first impression might be scary - but there is nothing they can do about it and it does not stink inside the guesthouse! The breakfast could start a little bit earlier in business days, as 8 am is a bit late if you have to be somewhere (and it is a big city) at 9 am.

The Guesthouse is easy to find - just around the corner of big public transportation station and shopping centre. The room was surprisingly quiet, very clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast better, than I expected and free coffee available all day! Friendly and helpful staff and perfect location for me.

A very hospitable and warm welcome. Hassle-free service and quick responses to questions. Cosy rooms and a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to get a good night's sleep after a hard day. the size of the room and size of the bathroom. although, they were both equipped nicely and super clean.

at first I was disappointed; it was not what I thought had booked - i actually thought I had booked an apartment and definitely it is has been my mistake in misreading the information provided. however, the stay at BiBi panzio turned to be very pleasant. The room was small, but cosy and super clean. A nice dining room and kitchen was directly accessible from the room and was very quiet, warm, clean, fully equipped and it offered plenty of coffee (very good coffee), tea. the staff was excellent and they provided very clear info on how to check in and check out. location was excellent, close to one of hte main station in Budapest where you can access metro, tram, buses.

Amazing staff. We were greeted and could leave our luggage before room was available. They even offered breakfast. Good communication. An amazing lady in the morning with who I had a lovely chat. Checked out immediately and again they kept our luggages till we could explore the centre by metro which is across the road. I'll definitely come back!
