Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe communication was a bit difficult as English wasn't spoken at all and German only a little bit. If the current hairdryer could be replaced by a modern one🙂that would be very helpful. When temperatures go up during summer, the room is very hot..so you need to run the provided air conditioner...which is quite noisy.
This property is built in an beautiful traditional style with lots of corners and lovely balconies. There is an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi. My room was in the upper tower overlooking the main Street. The room was very spacious with a lovely kitchenette, fridge etc. The bathroom is a bit small, but I am a solo travel so it suited my needs. A modern hairdryer would be nice. Beds were very comfortable for my liking, firm but with a foam layer. It is excellent location, close to the centre...with shopping facilities just within few minutes walk.

Czech RepublicThe place might need a few minor improvements but they are not worth mentioning as we really enjoyed our stay.
A nice place to stay. Very friendly staff. The room was big enough to ensure a comfortable stay for 2 people and 2 dogs. The wellness area is superb - we enjoyed our evenings in sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Breakfasts offer enough varieties of food. If you're vegetarian, the options are not as generous but they are still sufficient enough to provide you with a good breakfast. The place is in walking distance to the lake spa. You will get some discounts for the spa when checking in the Blue Villa Apartment House.

HungaryThe room stinks, TV was not working. We were not allowed to use the swimming pool and sauna in the evening. The facility is closed from 19:00, actually the sauna is working just from 16:00-19:00 and this is not indicated when you book your room. It is not a pet friendly accommodation. We had to take breakfast with my wife in turns, because our pet was not allowed in. The staff is unfriendly and they are arguing with the guests. Upon request the book of buyers was not presented, they unashamedly claimed that was flooding at the reception and the book get ruined (who knows from how many years).
Nothing, do not book this apartment.
