This is our 3rd stay in 2 years,and quality of wellness was unfortunatly go down! Inside pool it have some air massager which is not working anymore. Also it's write that wellness work from 09-21, but in 20:30 wellness staff already make that you feel uncomfortable and that you go. In 20:30 they turn off relax music and all kind of music,and she already start to move pillows,cleaning wellness area. We was been in lot of wellness hotels,and if it's write that wellness works until 21,until 21 need music play,and you need feel comfortable,not that you feel that you are not anymore welcome there in 20:30.

Down-filled pillows caused an allergy, but that’s my bad as I didn’t ask for a pillow with synthetic filling.

- found some bugs under the pillow and also on the curtains - we had a very small sample bottle of shampoo for 2 persons for the entire stay(obviously not enough), also the shower gel in the dispenser was actually a mix of water and shower gel. Usually, you don't get to see this in a 4* hotel. - the bathroom (very small and old school) is in a total contrast with the room (spacious and modern), but at least it was clean - sometimes it was hard to communicate in english

the enterring the facility by a car is not the easy one as the number for automatic gate opening did not work and either ring bell was not working. for the rooms type called "premium elegance" I would expect maybe to have also an electric cettle and complimentary tea and coffe available at the room as well as maybe also an arm chair for relaxing sitting. but for one night it was just OK and bearable.

I stayed overnight repeatedly and have to say it is good place and the hotel provides enough confiort for the business stay. Rooms was clean and spacy enough. Especially the room lightning was sufficient. Wi-Fi connection was just good. Check-in and out was very fast as all the details for invoicing and the pay ment were already uploaded via booking app. Good selection of food for breakfast.

It was great to use spa after walking to the castles. The hotel is near the Castle with Red Tower: not hesitate to take a tour: there are English explanations in every place.

The half board dinner was not very interesting, I would have appreciated more vegetables and salads.

The suite we booked was beautiful and stylish, it was a real experience. We received a welcome gift and also a small surprise the second day for both adults and kids. The wellness area is not too big, but we could use all the facilities easily. The outdoor sauna and jacuzzi is a real treat. I was glad the wellness is open until 9 p.m., as I had a little time to go after dinner. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of local/seasonal delicacies. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful.

Buffet food was often quite salty and mediocre. They wouldn't provide tap water without a charge during dinner, which showed lack of concern for guests. Breakfast was also repetitive and the hot food was greasy.

Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Spa facilities were really good, with two jacuzzies and multiple saunas. Close to local sights, with a 5 minutes walk to Rakoczi's Castle, which was visible from our room!

The hotel is in the center of the village. Outside the hotel, it is difficult to find any attractions outside the castle and the complex. everything closes around 8pm the hotel itself is very comfortable. Good spa with Turkish baths, saunas and a plunge pool. Very good massages. Food at a very good level. Parking closed with a barrier - safe. room order, central air-conditioning but good. Superb service, speaks English and fulfills all wishes with a smile.

I had no complaints

This Hotel has a spirit of excellence but everything flows naturally and logically. Located in the center of town but very convenient parking and quiet. The wellness and restaurant are easy to use and understand how things work even for foreigners without the language. Rooms, beds, showers all comfortable and clean.

We had an excelent 3 days vacation at this wonderful hotel. The rooms was perfectly clean, spacious and was equiped with all you need for a confortable stay. I strongly recomnend the half board option as the meal is excelent quality, diverse and all the time fresh. The staff was very nice, professional and always with smile on their faces. We spent each afternoon at Spa area which is amazing. The entire welness area is at international quality level, was perfectly projected for a real relaxation...the saunas, the pool, the jacuzzis, music, warmth...all was absolutely fantastic. Congratulations for the owners and all the staff for their amazing job. We'll deffinetly come back at this hotel. Thank you for everything.
