The only thing i have close to a complaint is the internet was no so good in our room

The only downside is that the building is old, and I didn't like the smell.

The location is perfect. Even though it's in the center, there was no noise during the night. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was provided with lockers, which was really helpful.

The hot water ran out during the shower, and only cold water was avaible. This could be a problem for those who can not take cold shower.

Boomerang has a great location and friendly staff, offering comfort and cleanliness beyond our expectations. I would love to stay here again when i come back.

they could have placed some tissue papers in the room and the kitchen but upon asking they didn’t place which was not good, I’m not sure why

Very poor WIFI signal (even though they provided 2 different networks, had to sit close to the door to be able to connect) Electricity sockets were very few (none close to the bed)

Good room facilities with a kitchenette & well equipped Private bathroom. Perfect location with a nearby supermarket, Metro & bus station. a very short walk to Budapest Opera, St Stephen Basilica, shoes on the Danube & the amazing Hungarian parliament building.

Small showers, bad kitchen, dirty room with hairs on bed sheets, bad lighting in the room, no small light if i remember correctly, i might be wrong though.

TV not working.(no signal). But not many people come to Budapest to watch TV.

The apartment room was well designed, had an extra bed on a mezzanine above the kitchen which would be ideal for a family. Very clean, great bathroom. Three stops on metro from both main train stations so easy to get to. Central for sightseeing.

The location is quite central, metro station and main street are very close. Room's space is enough for 2 person. Reception is on the 2nd floor, rings were not working. You should knock the door or call the host.

The noise cancelling is poor maybe because of the thin walls. The showering place is not that clean but acceptable.

The room for three people is spacious and clean. It has slight scent to make people clam. The beds are cozy.

The price is probably a bit on the higher end of the Budapest, but again I wouldn't complain for it as the service was worth it.

The Location was super! All the key attractions of Budapest were walking distance from the hostel. If you are visiting for a weekend, I would highly recommend the place because it will save lot of time during the day for sightseeing.

Windows are not soundproof, at night sounds from the roads were coming, but not so high. I am habituated to Swedish soundproof windows, which may be a bit personal opinion.

The reception is not manned all the time. My phone didn't work in Hungary, so this made getting in a bit awkward. The staff were really nice though.

This was more a guesthouse than a hostel - I got a twin room at low cost

perfect location. apartment was clean and we had everything we needed like iron,washing machine hairdryer..everything necessary. the staff helpful ,polite friendly and disponibile.

It was quite low for the temperature in the room. We came at 6 pm. and it was like 17.5 degrees and it took several hours to heat up. I think max we had 20 degrees. The room is really big and it's hard to keep it all warm. The shower isn't private and some guests aren't cleaning after themselves.

It's really so close to the city centre, like 5 minutes and u are there. The coffee shops and cafes are like around the place on every step. There is Starbucks around the corner. The staff was very friendly. It's really calm, in comparison to other places we have been. The Parliament is in 8 minute's distance. Noone is interrupting u. The bed was quite comfortably.
