We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe fridge at the reception during nighttime (22.00pm-01.00am) was extremely noisy, it could be heard in both single rooms downstairs and the first double room upstairs. Although the receptionist tried to help by giving us a new room and the double room could be managed but for the single occupancy they couldn’t offer any alternatives without extra costs. I believe that in occasions like these when the client can’t sleep peacefully and it’s not due to their fault, the price difference shouldn’t matter and a solution should be found. Hopefully for the next client they manage to change these policies. The selection in the bar is expensive, rather buy wine at the Bistro when entering the town. Anyhow it’s more a pension than a hotel, but the stay wasn’t bad overall.
The Spa was good because we were the only ones using it- it was amazing to stay in the jacuzzi and look outside and see the snowy weather. For 3 people perfect ( for more, it can be very crowded) The breakfast wasn’t as bad as it was mentioned previously. It’s true that every day is the same but at least it’s very tasty, the pastries and the bread are freshly baked and you can have a nice selection for 3-4 days without getting tired of it. The location is good and there is enough parking space.

Visited Tokaj region in off-season, hotel was very good in value for money. Large rooms with beautiful new bathroom, clean and with every comfort needed. Good breakfast, wellness with jacuzzi and sauna. Staff waited for us because of late check-in.

Without a doubt, the hardware of Hotel Botrytis is great especially the room facility and Jacuzzi. However the part which beyond expectation is the service. From the initial conversation for the suprise proposal to my girlfriend via message to the check-in, introduction of the region, breakfast, transportation arrangement to check-out, the Botrytis team is doing a fabulous job. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the manager Gabor and the friendly staff Dominika. To conclude, it was an unforgettable experience and I would like to recommend to anyone who is planning to pay a visit to Tokaj region that this is the right place to be!

PolandI believe breakfast is one of poorer aspects here. On first day there were just scrambled eggs and some sausages available with cold cuts. During weekend few sweet options were added and more cheeses, but the quality was mediocre. Only premade juice, no local produce (while they are being sold.at the reception). The spa area can get crowded easily since it's just a jacuzzi (which is good, but already some jets were broken) and a 3 person sauna which is both infra and finish. So if someone asked for infra too bad no finish sauna for.you - it also takes long time to warm up since the insulation is poor. All of the above can easily be ignored since it's a very nice butique hotel, but if it aspires for more those details will be important. Having bidet in bathrooms would.also.be nice considering there's so much space available.
The room was great, extremely spacious and clean. Huge bathroom, a lot of storing space. Good parking options. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely staynagain. Extremely comfortable beds!

I loved everything about this hotel. We prolonged our stay by 1 night immediately after arrival :-) The tiny town with narrow streets and hills is so nice.. We had a lot of walks around the area, visited churches, synagogue, wine cellar. Our room had 3 windows with amazing view over the landscape. A lot of space, high class furniture, elegant bathroom, comfortable bed. The common spaces include a terrace, small cascade garden, relax space close to the bar. Very, very good coffee in the breakfast buffet. We plan to come back in May.
