The main highlight is the great location - just across the State Opera House, in the quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to explore Budapest's attractions by foot. The apartment itself is very bright, specious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host Adam met us in person. He was very friendly and hospitable. Overall, we had a great experience at Broadway Center Rooftop View Apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.

Few steps to go up and down to reach the apartment - incovenient with the heavy suitcase. The glass shower panel was not sealed properly causing flood whenever the shower was turned-on. Only two towels were provided for three-day stays for two people. No shampoo was provided.

We arrived 3-hours late due to major train delay, but Adam still waited to hand over the key in-person and to introduce the apartment to us. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished.

Location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and kitchen was fully-equipment. The air conditioning worked well on hot days. The renter (Adam) provided good instructions on how to use the apartment.

Not much to dislike, maybe only worth mentioning the toilet is a bit small, but not really a problem.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The location is definitely the best feature, very central and everything within a walking distance. Still, as the apartment is on the 7th floor, it’s quiet enough and you can sleep and rest very well. Noise is not a problem, which for a central location is very good.

- Payment had to be done in cash. - The kitchen is very basic/ almost thread bare and not well equipped. The Host in fact suggested that much cooking is not encouraged. There is no dishwasher either - The Fridge too is quite tiny and was not keeping items as cold as expected. - There is no Shampoo / conditioner provided - Washing Machine functioning was not clearly explained. No detergent was provided and we were asked to purchase one. On a holiday when one has specifically booked a place with a washing machine, it is quite strange to be expected to purchase your own detergent. They can easily provide for a few pods based on the number of days we are staying.

The location is very central with restaurants and a couple SPARs close by. The apartment is spacious and well ventilated. There is plenty of light both day and night. There is an AC in one corner but there is also a pedestal fan provided which was useful. There is a spacious comfortable sofa and also a small room with a closet and a place to keep the bags.

The only thing that was a bit difficult, was that the toilet room was very small, it is seperated from the bathroom which is very good, but too small. But, it did not ruin our trip, not that big problem.

Adam, the host, was very nice. He gave us the key in person and explained everything. All in all I would recommend the accommodation as everything you need is there. Also the street is in a quiet area and supermarkets are 5 minutes away.

There isn't anything we didn't like, but to make an online payment would be a more convenient option. The owner is aware of it & working on it & considering their attitude it is easy to believe! However even with cash payment it was so easy to deal with Adam.

The owner arrived himself at the property to hand the keys to us. All the features of the property were explained. Codes were left in easily accessible area in case there're issues with the access via keys.

The elevator broke down twice. we were on the 7th floor so… but Adam made sure quickly it will be fixed.

The apartment was much better in person than the pictures. Looked exactly the same as pictures but it was much bigger. Adam was brilliant before the trip texting to help us with our check in and anwser questions about electrical appliances. Adam met us at the apartment and showed us how to get in and a tour and made us feel like we could text him if we needed anything for the weekend. Location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city by foot. Everything about this booking was 10/10.
