The price for a night is very high, comparable or higher than the price in some European capitals and we are talking here about a city. No personal to help, you have to take the keys and pay the bill at a different hotel. If you want to call the number from booking to ask questions (like the parking door code) nobody answer.

The location is very close to the Aquapark and city center.

We couldn’t get the temperature up, thermostat isn’t intuitive or maybe it’s centrally controlled, don’t know. It was cold inside. Hairdryer is of bad quality. After one minute use it almost melted, my girlfriend had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool down so she could use it again.

Our room was nor clean, there was mould on the walls and we got room for hendicapped people which was weird and not comfortable to use. Utensils were not washed in a long time. Everything there looks a bit abandoned. Window of outlr room was broken

You cannot open the window, no fresh air available. You need to go to the other side of the city to check in, to other hotel. Name of hotel is Science hotel. There is no password for wifi. Actually it is clinic.

It is possible to check in late in the night. There is parking spot, 12 euros per day. There is elevator. Spacious bathroom. Good location.

We have specifically booked a twin room, but they gave us a double. This was changed up without anyone telling us anything. We would have been fine with it had they told us this in advance. The bed is comfy but it creaks so loud that we would constantly be woken up.

Smooth check-in, great location, lovely room. We especially loved that there was an iron and ironing board, it saved me and my dress. The tea and kettle was also a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again.

There was no person in the Object, so I had to look for my room for a while. Sleeping in a room with a glass ceiling was a bit awkward.

Location of this object is really great, next to the Main Wellness and Spa center. Since I didn't have any towel for the Spa, the host lend me one. The room was clean.

They forgot to refill he hand soap dispenser and I was left with 3-4 droplets of soap... I only had shampoo with me, not soap or shower gel as that is usually provided by hotels. It got really cold in the room by the time morning came and I couldn't turn up the thermostat. It would only jump between 18 and 19 degrees. Usually I'm tech savvy and I tried all button combos but I couldn't get it to work and be at least 20... Complementary coffee instead of tea would have cheered me up but that's a small detail. Please note that from the place you pick up the keys it's a 25 minute walk to these rooms which are located inside a clinic/treatment center.

Seems like I somehow scored a deal with an early bird price for a room here. It's a very stylish room right next to the public pools/river beach/aquapark. Very modern and looks fancy. There is a fridge, kettle, and complementary tea and sugar. I appreciate the clean air circulation without dust and pollen and the cozy duvets. I loved the huge windows letting in so much sunlight. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the city center, over the bridge, I liked it.

We found out after the reservation that we had to get the key from a partner hotel that’s on the other side of the city. If you’re not a local it’s a bit tricky to get there. These rooms are former patient rooms for Covid19 patients, that’s plastered all over the walls in the lobby, a bit creepy, not your typical hotel/hostel. The room doesn’t have the facility of open windows, they provide an AC that recirculates the air which I might say is not very clean. No reception, actually the reception area is a common kitchen for the place. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THESE THINGS BEFORE HAND. Towels were clean smelling but stained, the room was made to appear a bit bigger in the pictures provided by the site. The walls are paper thin and the double bed is actually two one person bed put next to eachother. Oh and they make hell of a noise with every move you make. We also had a little friend in the top corner of the room, a spider that seem to be there for a long time.

I liked the fact that it is a minute away from the aquapark, pretty close to the center also. They did provide closed gate parking for our car although it cost us, information we didn’t receive until we got there. The provided room had running hot water, tv, iron and ironing board, a safe and a fridge.

Check in was complicated, although they communicate about it, as I managed my booking last minutes it didn't reached me. Fridge is extremly loud - of course you can turn it off.

There was a window on the roof from where the day light comes in. Even though there was a curtain it was quite transparent so it was difficult to sleep. I believe that roller blinds would be useful.
