Adam was fantastic with orientating us at check-in! He gave us great tips for how to spend our day, as well as a fantastic restaurant located on the same street as the hotel. It was so good that we returned for a 2nd dinner 2 nights later! The breakfast was the best I've ever had. Every day they had new baked goods and dishes to choose from The afternoon goodies with coffee was also a treat.

- A complimentary water would be nice. - Great Variety for breakfast, however, some chicken/meat/vegan options would be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything else is perfect. I made the write choice for the booking :)

- Accommodating staff, nice and professional. - Quiet hotel, comfortable and cosy. - Very Nice breakfast is included with a very nice and smiley staff that welcomes you in the morning. - Adults only, no kids were there. - Very nice location, 1 min walk from the Opera. - Close approximation to the bus that takes you directly to the airport.

There is nothing I didn’t like .. I travelled with a friend not a partner and possibly if our room could have been slightly bigger as we were there 6 nights that would have been something I would have possibly changed . But to be honest we didn’t spend much time in our rooms so maybe this is being a little unfair but going with a friend instead of a partner possibly a little more space would have been good … that was just my personal opinion and certainly not a complaint or criticism on the hotel

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . The hotel is beautiful , interesting, fun and original / quirky - I loved it .. I had requested a courtyard facing room just a short while before we travelled and this was available to us .. I was able to choose different pillows without any question - they have an option of four different types - wow … Facilities in the room were greater The breakfasts was amazing choice of lots of things - you certainly couldn’t go Hungry .. coffee / hot drinks like hot chocolate available 24 hrs a day from coffee machine ( and they were great quality coffee) pastries available - covered and left out for guests to help themselves … Really reasonable times for breakfast . What certainly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return …

There was a kind of window between the bedroom and bathroom (not see-through)so when someone when to the bathroom at the night the light would shine in the whole bedroom.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was,very nice and the hotel overall was beautiful and well taken care of. Great value for money

The evening staff member (second shift) was a bit unhelpful and uninformed. We wanted to park our car and we’re asking about how to get change. He said he doesn’t have any change and the only way to get some is to go to the bank (8pm) or download the parking app and connect my credit card. Long story short, tried the app 3 times and didn’t work, walked to bank ATM machine about half km away. Found out the next day while walking around that there were a number of ATM’s less than 100 meters away from the hotel and a few exchange offices!!! Wasted about an hour of our evening trying to sort this out.

Room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and great walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent and staff at breakfast were very friendly and kind. Location good, right next to the opera house.

Staff was always eager to assist with any need for help or address any questions. Hotel property is extremely convenient and accessible to all sights. Early morning walks are quiet. Breakfast is abundant and won’t leave you wanting more.

Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff were so helpful, reception staff especially Adam helped us with directions, what were the best places to see, bookings, how to use the transport systems etc Hotel set a 2 minute walk from opera house and 10 min walk to the bridge. Amazing sites all within walking distance. Staff made up a take away breakfast for us as we had an early flight.

The hotel needs to switch between airco and heating and during periods of days with cold and sun, that may mean the room gets warm. But vindow could be opened and there was not much outside noise, so well doable.

Super nice & cozy hotel in the heart of Budapest. Staff super helpful and nice! Breakfast was not the biggest, but quite delicious. Sauna super nice and gym as well! Small but very clean & cozy, new equipment. Location is very convenient, everything is within walking distance, cute coffee shops, restaurants & bars super close around. Very recommended!
