Excellent location in a quiet area not far away from the city center, with easy access to public transport. Not too big size, cozy atmosphere. Stay started with welcome drink. Friendly staff. Location could have been better. As we ended up spending most of our time in Pest, the distance was rather far.

Very comfortable room with good breakfast and very accommodating staff. Kudos to Lili at the front desk, who provided exceptional customer service!

Loved everything about this hotel, the location ideal in the beautiful old town, yet so easy to access the city with public transport. The fact that the building was so quiet, great soundproofing between rooms and also with the windows. Staff very eager to please. Really glad we booked this hotel

We liked our room with a balcony and a lovely view from it. I arrived at the hotel earlier than 3pm and was prepared to wait an hour and a half to check in, but the lovely receptionist allowed me to check in earlier as the room was clean and ready. I would love to come again.

Actually no negative experiences, everything was ok.

Great place to stay in Budapest, right next to the Castle District and well connected with Pest by public transportation. Charming and quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff (we even got an early check-in as the room was, by chance, ready when we arrived). Very clean hotel. Tasty breakfast, tasty food at their italian Riso Restaurant with a cosy, warm ambiance (table booking recommended, it's almost full especially in the evening).

Great room, plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Quiet location with a great restaurant next door. Close to the Castle and easy to walk down to the river, or explore more of this side of the river which has so much to offer.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous and special location. Our room had a most lovely and large terrace, from which we could enjoy great views. Friendly staff and many nice touches to ensure a comfortable stay. I would definitely book again.

The internet speed was unacceptably sluggish, prompting me to procure my own connection from a private provider. Consequently, I deducted one star. Additionally, the lady receptionist lacked kindness during check-in, leading to the deduction of another star.

Location excellent, near to the tram line and bus stop. Beautiful location, Room size and beds are fine. The senior staff or staff at the front desk was super friendly.

Parking has to be paid additionally. Room itself was a bit small and 'outdated'. Wardrobe and furniture should be a bit modernized.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property. It was great!

Lovely room and terrace and in a beautiful setting. Staff were lovely and friendly. Restaurant was very good, we ate there every night.

The rooms do need a bit of updating but overall not bar at all.

Location was perfect. Serene and quiet nestled In the hill top of the castle district. A few minutes walk away though you have tons of restaurants and bars in every direction. Best of all was the restaurant RISO which is on the hotel premises. The food is perfect.

The breakfast was really disappointing. Very small. There was no choice. And the coffee was horrible. The terrace in the room was OK. But not like in the photo of the hotel :(

The location is amazing! Very cozy, a couple of minutes walk from the Fisherman castle. The bathroom is nice, there’s a possibility to have a bath. Complementary wine and a welcome drink were amazing

That even if I booked it, I paid for it and everything was on my name they still used my husbands name on the bill and on the tv in the room. I found this a bit sexist.
