The kitchen was very small and one of the beds was in the kitchen Carrying baggage to the 4th floor without an elevator was not great

The host was nice and received us very quickly despite us forgetting to call him in advance We got a better room (apartment) than we booked because there were some refugees in the original one

Check-in worked without any problems and the staff was very friendly. The room is located in the centre of Esztergom with many restaurants, shops and ATMs nearby. The accommodation and the beds were comfortable and we had enough space to store our luggage. There is a possibility to use a shared kitchen and community room. Very good value for money!

The owner was very helpful, he met us and explained everything we asked. The room is great and spacious. We had our own bathroom and a nice shared kitchen with all necessary equipment. The location is great, on the main square of the town.

the only thing I didn’t like was you had no control over the AC unit. the LED light display on mine was very bright at night. I would have liked to have had the remote to turn off the lights.

Little bit dirty (some stains around esp in the toilet) but I don't expect too much from this price point

Probably the best location you can find, as it is located on the main square, especially at this price. All attractions and the bridge to Slovakia are within 20 minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby, although beware that not much is open on Sundays especial at night. Check in instructions are straightforward and the property is as expected.

Excellent location, with immediate access to shops & restaurants; clean, well equipped apartments (all air-conditioned - a true blessing in this weather!), comfortable beds and - last but not least - a friendly host :)

Very friendly owner, comunication over traslator or friend of owner. Shared hostel flat in very nice court with back garden in old house. Location much nicer than i expect. Shared kitchen with coffeemachine, easy electric cooker, big fringe. In shared flat, privat part area 'as flat in flat' with privat bathroom. View from roof window to the square (foto).

Comfortable rooms, bathroom. Friendly host. Good kitchen, it is possible to cook, there is a fridge, cooker, utensils. Good location in the centre of this town, close to beautiful places (Basilica, Slowakia border and River Bank)

I had thought I was in a hostel, but it was more like an Air BnB and I was the only occupant of one of the four rooms. There was no one else there, at the top of a building and I didn’t see another soul after the owner let me in. I had arrived at 2pm and had to ring for someone to come and open up and let me in, after which the owner disappeared and I didn’t see anyone again. If you want solitude this is it, but if you want company this is very lonely and a bit spooky. As the apartment was at the top of the building there were no views from the roof opening windows. I would have thought the owners could have returned if only to ascertain that everything was OK. The old building was badly lit and when I returned about 8pm, I had to negotiate the internal stairs (up about four flights) in total darkness - very dangerous.

It was very well fitted out and the room was comfortable and clean. Location was good.
