You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaThe street was a little too busy and noisy in the night (after 11pm), but that's probably a common thing for many places at this area during the summer season.
A truly very nice accommodation in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. Ideal even for a multiple-day stay, as there was a fully equipped kitchenette. We came with bicycles and had enough room in the back-garden to store them.

Netherlandswifi did not work unfortunately. i suggest using a signal helper stuff. we could not make the airco work, and that would be handy, since outside was 34C. we could not pay with our credit cards, we had to change money. the ATM is close by so it was fine in the end.
beautiful rooms, nice and roomy apartment. very clean, new, it is great. i needed an extra night and they could manage it. we could also store our bikes, that was great.

HungaryI highly recommend this accommodation because the location is very good and the staff was kind. This pension is located next to the best beach in Balatonlelle, it is less than 1 minute walk. If you do not want to walk or drive a lot in order to find the best restaurants and other bars in Balatonlelle in that case City panzio is the best choice for you because it is in the heart of the city center. The room and the common areas were clean. Free parking lot are available in front of the pension, if you can find a free place, because this is a crowded and popular place.

Nice and comfortable place, but we only stayed for one evening for a stop before cycling. We could park on the street. The room was very clean and modern, it had a fridge, small kitchen, a balcony and very modern bathroom.
