New place, very clean, in quiet street, with parking. Everything was very nice and cozy. Coffee at front desk is really a plus. Staff was very nice and friendly. Overall, really pleasant stay.

We enjoyed a great stay in a cozy apartment in a great location. Since we want to return, we strongly advise everyone to make reservations with them. We are quite fortunate to have made the reservation with them; they treated us with great professionalism, were very helpful, and gave us that which we wanted. It's a very safe area to stay as well. Everything was flawless.

There are two bathrooms, but only one with toilet (the one with shower).

Everything was super clean and new. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are very beautiful. We had two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. They are very clean and have everything necessary for our stay. We sincerely recommend this property. The location is very good. The metro station is very close to the hotel, but you can go by foot, everything is only 10-20 minutes away. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

Our room was not ready despite knowing our time of arrival . Slow booking in procedure . No lamps on bedside tables .

We did not have breakfast . A modern kitchen area , Nice lounge area and comfortable bed however the room decor lacked personality , ie no pictures .

The design of the hotel is phenomenal, with a gorgeous lounge, and very unique bathrooms and pleasant rooms overall. The attention to detail is present throughout and I was so impressed by the nets and curtains, the two tone tiles in the bathrooms. The colours all blend so well together that I would use the designer to do my house one day! The place is pristine and spotless! And smells so nice everywhere you go! The people who run this place are so nice! We had the nicest receptionists, we met 2 different ones during our stay and they were so helpful, even printing our boarding passes for us. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and we were so warmly welcomed to come again. We most definitely recommend this place.

Some stuff like TV and dishwashing machine weren’t connected, but the place is brand new so it’s not a problem.

Everythings new and mostly unused, location is nice, close to city centre. Nice quiet street. Staff were excellent.

As it was so new, there were a few issues around the room such as screws loose - however this didn't affect anything and I'm sure these have all been rectified now! Black sinks show all of the toothpaste but again - not too much of an issue AND it looks pretty so it's worth it!

We were one of the first 50 guests to stay here and it was AMAZING! It's in an incredible location, the staff were so helpful and the accommodation was perfect. It was spotless as soon as we got in and if we had any issues the staff on reception were so accommodating. Free coffee and tea in the reception downstairs! Always a plus. We already can't wait to return, especially wanting to stay in the penthouse and excited to see the fitness area. Thanks so much, good luck!

Not one bad thing to say about the hotel!!!

The Hotel Collect & Residence surpassed my expectations. The hotel is in a amazing location and the hotel interior was immaculate. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. I stayed in the studio with the outdoor terrace and it was stunning!!! All of the hotel employees are really friendly and helpful, the guy who checked me in went above and beyond, also the Hotel Manager was very kind and helpful!

They ask you for credit card number and cvv number as "deposit" if you make any damage. This is against GDPR and also whit that info they can buy things with your credit card.

All sincere recommendations for the hotel, everything is new, beautifully designed, and very tidy. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. It's a 5-minute drive from the city center. The hotel has its own car garage.
