We enjoyed the uniqueness of the building layout and interior design. Particularly noticeable was the attention to detail in the decor, the exceptionally high level of customer service and the overall sense of well being and customer worth this generates in the guests.

This is our second time visiting Budapest and Hotel Collect and we were so excited to come back to this beautiful hotel! We had wonderful experience here both times and are very happy with both the style of the hotel and the attention to detail from the staff. Our experience from check-in to check-out has been perfect. The location is very central and walkable distance from great restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommend it to anybody visiting Budapest!

Wow! I have been traveling to Budapest for last 15 years regularly but this was definitely the best place for me to stay. Breathtaking desing, caring staff, atmosphere of a luxurious private club, very cozy and silent room... simply 10/10. Never stay anywhere else in Budapest.

Was hoping to have a view of the park or something other than interior windows of other rooms.

We loved the ambiance and the design of the hotel. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. Not only rooms but every corner of the hotel was clean and neat at all times. Air conditioning was good and the rooms were spacious. I bought a Birthday Package for my husband’s birthday and both drinks and the cake was so fresh and delicious!!! They really made our time in Budapest special and we enjoyed every moment! 100/100!!!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the middle of the city, with Parisian style Decor, close to all major attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. The highlight of the visit was the exceptional and personal staff attention, something that you don't usually have in other larger hotels. The breakfast was also a top notch small-bites-buffet, which helps you start your day ahead. Highly recommended!

It would be better if they had hot breakfast items, but overall breakfast experience was nice and cozy.

Staff were so kind and very welcoming, we were treated with a special dessert for our anniversary by the hotel manager which meant a lot to us. In addition, location of the property is excellent.

Breakfast lounge seating is a bit uncomfortable. But that was just a minor issue. The breakfast offer is extensive and satisfying.
