The dishes, cups and cuttlery at the breakfast were not clean! I checked more than 20 dishes and all were dirty or with some stains on them. After asking the staff they took them away, but there were almost no other clean dishes to take.

It totally worth the price we paid. It is a family place and has internal parking for the cars and the swimming pool was very nice and handy while the hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the lake.

Breakfast did not had fruits ( but I guess they usually have it ). There is no stuff in a hotel after 10PM, so if something happens with electricity in your room - you will need to rely on support over the phone or wait till morning.

Very helpful and friendly administrator. Good location. Nice playground and a pool. If you are into sport - you could play ping-pong on premise.

One not nice member of the staff at the reception (problem with the parking we asked for earlier by mail) but luckily the the problem was solved by very nice other workers:)

Shower next to the pool would be great. Broken and moving tails around the pool should be changed/fixed - it is such a great pool, with nice quality tails, it should be taken care of. The fence next to playground and bar should be fixed as there are missing parts, and the sand at the playground should be better maintained (half of the playground was not covered by sand, it was like construction ground). The lawn around the building should be maintained better - these details are essential to make the guests feel great and spend more time in the hotel area = spend more at the bar. Our room was next to heavy smokers so we could not enjoy the balcony - it should be forbidden to smoke on the balcony, because this ruins the non-smoking guests experience.

Quiet location, surrounded by high quality holiday homes, next to the free Silvery bay beach. The hotel is freshly renovated comfortable rooms, very child-friendly. Beds are comfortable. We had pool view room - lovely view during the day and evening. The pool was great, as well as the bar next to it, with cozy music. Breakfast was good and enough (coffee is tasty). We did not go for half board, and it was a good decision as we discovered Calypso restaurant 10 min walk to the left on the shore, where they have excellent food. We definitely recommend the hotel, we will come back for sure

Sleeping quality : 50-60 Dezibel noise of the air condition in the room and you cannot regulate the temp or switch it off on your own - you have to go to the reception and they can switch it off completly via computer sys Wlan is pretty weak 2-3 out of 5 Small breakfast buffet that opens at 800 o clock, 730 would be better Early check out timewindow at 8-10 on sunday , bu you can buy a late check out till 12 In 4 days no cleaning of the room - no emptying of garbage = its called a hotel but works like an apartment complex concerning room service Pool garden close to the parking lot looks bit wrong placed... - you hear see permanently parking of people... they should plant some trees, plants... bamboo - to separate the pool area from the parking lot and make the "so called" outdoor wellness place more attractive Price-Performance ratio: 193 per night for 2 people in an unserviced 3 bed room - is for that what you get - overpriced

We were not informed that it is impossible to eat in their restaurant if it is not included in your booking plan. There is no paid menu. We had only breakfast included so we needed to find some other restaurants nearby. It was unexpected.

Good and clean room, good location, near Balaton Lake, private parking, pool, delicious breakfast. Balcony view was really great. We were pleased to stay here.

The dining room is not very big and at breakfast time there may be a problem with space.

Nice and modern hotel almost by the beach within walking distance to the center. The pool is a bonus. The room is clean. There was no problem with anything. Very helpful staff, you can buy small snacks at the reception. Breakfast was sufficient. I can definitely recommend it.

Breakfast can be improved. It is acceptable, but there are just a few choices and the taste is not great.

The room and the location have a correct price-quality level. The terrace had a lovely view.

The walls of the rooms were very thin (we could hear the couple in the other room talking) also there was a door connecting the two rooms on the opposite of our bed 😬 the breakfast was in the open hallway and in the morning you could not "sleep in" because of the noise (we were there outside of the tourist time, in may and there were not a lot of people) i do not want to imagine the volume while the hotel is full. We ended up leaving a day earlier because our plans have changed and we knew we would not get a good night's sleep for the working week.

Staff was very nice especially the receptionist, the room was clean. The bed and pillows were on the soft side which for me was ok. The bathroom was spacious and nice.

It wasn’t very clean, couldn’t control the air conditioning from the room, there were holes in the room ceiling plus some of the electrical sockets didn’t work.

Breakfast, dinner was very poor (without bread, hot chocolat options). Seif too small and without battery for operation. AC was controlling by the reception and they set it to 24 or off..🙈. The room hasn’t been clean everyday. Wifi was very poor in the room.

1. during check out the receptionist wanted to charge us for parking (6E/day) and for additional stay tax, although the booking was saying free parking and there was no mentioning of tax (They said it was a booking mistake). Plus during our discussion on this there were constantly two other people (lady and a guy) with whom the receptionist was talking in the meantime in Hungarian and laughing. I found this annoying an unprofessional. 2. if you run a hotel with (in my estimate) 80% of families with small kids, then you don't want bachelor parties inside. We were at the ground floor and (among constant screaming and drinking) "the boys" started to throw furniture from the balcony at some point. When we told this to receptionist, she said she knows but not sure what to do about it... 3. pool was filthy. when we told this to reception she said it was cleaned every day. It was not. 4. they don't clean rooms during stay, not even towels change. 5. some of room facilities are not functioning (e.g. shower is leaking, water temperature variates, AC is controlled by reception, doors are hard to close without slamming it). Plus the rooms doors are located directly at the kitchen site and main hallway so it's constantly noisy.

The location is good, It is close to all relevant facilities for children. First beach is 50m far away, some restaurants also close on walking distance.

Charged 2000huf parking per night We were unable to control AC during night. They lock it close before 22.00 before they leave reception!!!!!!!! Breakfast somehow there was always something missing. Milk, juice, juice. Maybe we were just at the wrong time but i had a feeling they coul do a littlw more and it would mean a lot for customers.

- failure of a system in the room that was known about but was chosen not to be communicated to me until I was already there and noticed it. Without any solution from them. There was only one guy at the reception and it wasn't his fault. He apologized and that was it. I could choose other options for the same money. - the doors to the rooms are not insulated, you can hear everyone in the hall from 7 in the morning. You have to wake up.
