The owner of the apartment did not seem to be the most polite person. The voice showed dissatisfaction that we did not immediately understand his description of how to get to the apartment inside the building. And you will have to walk around inside the building. He probably mentioned 10 times that we must definitely leave at 10:00 am. There was a feeling of guilt that we even decided to rent an apartment from him. But overall, the place is certainly worth a stay; it’s definitely worth the money.

Excellent location, almost the center of the center. Right at the exit there are a bunch of cafes and shops. At the same time, the windows of the apartment face a quieter side. There are huge stained glass windows, but there are blinds so you can sleep peacefully. The staircase to the second floor is apparently made of wood, eh, it creaks a little. The doors also squeak, so if there are several people and one person is sleeping, you need to walk carefully.

Bugs in the room or bedsheet that bite us and make us feel ichy. Aircond is not cold at All, only fan function. Very difficult to carry big luggages due to many stairs.

-The facade of the entrance has changed, it looked different from the picture in their Welcome Guide. I only found it because of the signs for thai massage and dentist. -The labyrinth to the room was quite off putting when I arrived alone at night. The building is not great but the apartment itself makes up for it. -Very annoying sounds coming from the boiler in the bathroom day and night. Can still be heard closing the door.

-Location is unbeatable. Exactly where you want to be during your stay in Budapest. Minimarket next door. -Spacious, clean (very, thankfully) and modern apartment

It was really cold at the beginning and it took us time to know how the heating system works. There were no shower gels and towels are really old and thin.

We would have appreciated if the host / owner told us in advance that he was going to come to the apartment. It was uncomfortable arriving at the apartment after a day's walk to find him there. He told us to wait 10 minutes outside, as he was doing cleaning, but when we entered inside, nothing had been cleaned - no sheets changed, no garbage removed.

The apartment is very cosy and spacious for two or three people. It has all the required facilities to even cook yourself. When I was having trouble finding the apartment, the host had a video call and then it was very easy. The location is really the best.

We checked in by ourselves. The photo given to us to find the place was out of date (the dentist signs were gone) and it took us long time to find it. Then there was no information about the place inside the flat such as where's the wifi code, where is the storage for luggage after checking out, where is a mini super market to get essentials etc. The towels were provided but they were very old and smelled damp. Need placement! The TV was there but we couldn't figure out how to use it. Having said that I managed to communicate with them via text messages and they were very responsive. Please make a information pack for future guests!!

We loved the location. It was very vibrant day and night but no noise once you are inside the flat. There were numerous restaurants and bars near by. There were also various bus stops in short distance walk.

To find a Wi-Fi password is not so easy. Some paper on the wall/table could be useful. A TV downstairs was not tuned for channels and the language was Italian. There were some food in the fridge (2 items) probably from previous guests. 2-times were long disconnections from internet.

The location was fine - in the city center. A lot of sightseeing are close to the apartment. There are some supermarkets nearby. Metro stations are also very close. Many different shops (also expensive ones) are on the street. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable (probably will not convenient for 2 people due to lack of space upstairs but for one person is nice). Getting key and finding the apartment was easy - the owner send detailed instructions with photos.

The heating for the hot water was not plugged in. We had to contact the host and ask how to get hot water working, how to find wifi password. We had to find on wardreobe bed linen for the second bed (as we said that we will be a couple with a child, but it was not prepared), no towel and soap in wc. Those are little details which made me feel not welcomed, but due to great location I would certainly come again. The neighbors on Friday evening were very loud :D.

Location, Location, location of the apartment was perfect. It was easy to find by description sent by the host earlier. There were basic equipment in kitchen so you could make your meal. Seperate bathroom and wc.

Right below the apartment is Habibi Shisha bar which broadcasts extremely loud music (Friday and Saturday) and whose guests scream until late at night, so it is impossible to sleep until 2-3am. I think this is something that should be mentioned when advertising the apartment because we are not all fans of such music, nor do we all have the habit of staying up late at night.

The apartment is located in a great place, in the heart of city center. It contains everything you need, even for a longer stay. It's spacious and clean. It has its own heating system and although the space is large, it heats up quickly. The internet speed is also great. For the first time I experienced that the accommodation has cable TV with English channels, which is great for us non-Hungarian speakers.

The location is great, tons of shops and restaurants around, close to the subway station. I really liked how the flat was rearranged and designed. It was very warm inside, the bathroom was warm too (which is especially great during winter months).

When you enter the apartment, there is another wooden door opposite the elevator. From there, you go out to a garden-like place and pass through a long and dark corridor to reach your room. The part where you walk up to the room is dark and scary. Arabic music and noises were coming from somewhere all night. The apartment was also not clean, the sheets were clean. The pillows and blankets are not clean, the furniture and carpets are dusty. In short, it is not a place to stay as a family, it may not be a problem for single people. There wasn't even soap in the toilet. There was only soap in the bathroom, and there was no shampoo there either.

Only the location of the facility was good. Very close to attractions and fashion street.
