Very minor things: shower was pretty weak; room service menu was limited; spa was not open late

We had difficulties with settlement. And despite the fact that we arrived after the closing of the recreation area, we were obliged to pay the full price for the use of the pool and spa. Also, the hotel already needs updating

Sofa is not very comfortable and you cannot adjust the AC from the room. Also, can be noisy if you have a room by the street.

Really nice spa and big clean rooms. Kids playground very well suited.

The lift buttons were little annoying.. it was kind of like a touch button and was very difficult to press the number.

Staffs were really helpful.. accomodated our requests.. rooms were clean.. the bed was really good to sleep in and the pillows were amaazingly soft! Swimming pool and jacuzzi was clean and was open till 8 in the evening. Breakfast spread was good... they even had live counter for omeletts..! Location is exactly as we needed..closer to University of Debrecen.. Overall my family enjoyed the stay.. will definetly come back.

There are no towels in the spa. Breakfast is very good but without variety of vegetables or variety of salads. The same 2-3 types of cheeses and pastrami. Every morning was exactly the same. In a period like autumn when the heating in the bath is not yet turned on there is no place to dry clothes after a spa.

High class hotel. Very clean and tidy. Big room. Kind and helpful staff. A luxurious spa. Located a little far from the city center but adjacent to a large park.

Something small, but I was surprised to find out that teabags and coffee capsules were not free in the room. They were part of minibar items. A bit strange for the hotel like this. The pool water was a bit cold for us but it was not a big deal

The location is great, close to the great forest park, aquapark, zoo and playgrounds. Easy walk with kids to all the places they are interested in. Tram stop to the city center is across the street, which is very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the pool was nice and clean. As our flight was at 6 am, we missed the last breakfast but got the breakfast box from hotel (2 sandwiches, apple, banana, 2 kinds of yogurts, water and juice). The stuff was nice and helpfu. We enjoyed our stay

The restaurant food was below avarage. Nothing special. No taste, dried out meat. Not the same standard like the hotel and you would expect from 4-5 stars. The room furniture size does not fit to room e.g. no space for such many chairs. The door lock was many times stucked could not open for the first time.

Breakfast had a wide choice. The lady in spa was smiley, kind and helpful. Cleaning staff was polite.
