Very good location, big and comfortable room, good breakfast. Extra point for the basement garage, just keep in mind it has a lift for the car, for max. 2 t weight of the car.

I would have liked to have a larger desk because I needed to work in the room.

Because of some personal issue, I had to change my plans and leave three days earlier than expected. The hotel was very helpful and flexible, I even received a reimbursement of pre-paid costs.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom. We told the staff at the reception and they said they will check it out.

The room we stayed in was large, it had a balcony and it was quiet. The breakfast was really lovely, with a lot of options to choose from.

Breakfast is poor, heating did not work in the bathroom, no one came to fix it. Last evening ac stopped.

Location is great, parking is available and hotel is on quite place. It is fine for 1-2 night.

The furniture in the room and in the whole hotel is a bit old school. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there were stains in the washbasin. We couldn't change the temperature and it was a bit too warm.

The breakfast was amazing, great food and service. Also the staff in general is excellent. Location is good, in the very centre.

We were disappointed that we didn't get the information we asked for, like which events are taking place during our stay or at least some recommendation about what to visit etc. Also we didn't know about the additional services at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel only offers breakfast, in the form of a buffet. the fridge that has a couple of yogurts and two choices of spreads could be cleaned better in my opinion.

The location was fine in my expectation, as I was looking for. The hotel only offers breakfast!! , there are restaurants, coffee & pastry shops nearby. The young lady at the reception welcomed us very friendly, explained everything and recommended a restaurant for dinner which is 140m from the hotel. Btw- Excellent meal! The cathedral which is just behind the hotel was really charming, impressive!

The service of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the variety of the breakfast (there were different options every day), the general upkeep of the hotel and the location of the hotel were all brilliant. I've used this hotel a few times via booking.com and several other times over the past 8 or 9 years and keep coming back to this one for its high standard of quality in all areas.
