Great location, right beside the baths and old town. Clean, nice, the staff is very friendly. The heating in January has been quite enough.

The hotel has an excellent location, everything can be reached by 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is on the 5th & 6th floor of the university. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The breakfast was also excellent. I can warmly recommend the hotel.

The noise of the fan, i am very sdnsitive to sleep in a nosy place. So i had to make it off, the size of the fridge could be improved. I also expected at least water heater or coffee maker.

The lady at the reception was good in English, kind and with a welcoming smile, i was happy that i could keep my items the folloeing morning even after i checked out and this was exceptional service as it made my day easy since i could not walk with my bag everywhere. The place is calm, safe and it was more than a home.

We booked twin bedroom but the bed was joined together. It looks like double bed. A bit misleading. Prefer the twin beds to be separated. the size of the single bed is too small.

The staff was extremely friendly which is a big bonus for me! The rooms were nicely done up, great value for money. The location couldn't have been better as we were going to visit the castle and the Turkish bath. The breakfast was excellent, too.

Staff - 10/10, very friendly, english speaking and very helpful they were taking care of everything. Breakfast - 11/10. Facility is in reconstruction process so you gotta enter through the backside door which were pretty small for people with big shoulders or when entering/leaving with bags :P Strongly recommend this hotel since the price-quality-comfort is very good. Would come again if i came to the city no doubt.

No English language options on the TV. When I stayed (June 2022) the front entrance was a building site and the rear entrance rather poorly signposted.

Great breakfast. Good value. Quiet location (might be a bit far from the action for some). 5th&6th floor rooms - I had a great view.

Everything was excellent, the only problem was parking. Unfortunately there's a construction and renovation around the hotel so parking is not really sorted. We had to park across the street. Of course we knew about this as the hotel notified us before the reservation was finalised. I can only recommend.

Rooms are comfy, excellent location, breakfast great, staff very helpful.

The "city" view was in my case not over the city but over the opposite side, the countryside, but still nice view, as rooms are on 6th and 5th floors. The ceiling lights in the room are too white. Yellow would have been better. I was not expecting a crucifix above a door in a room.
