We paid for a double bed but eventually we had two single beds. Secondly, the sheets were not very clean and fresh. I wanted to contact Sarah for the issue but it's impossible after 19:00. She send us new sheets two days later. Also, the shower gel was almost empty.

Cutting knives were not so sharp :) The huge clock on the enterance wall was working since most probably battery run out :) Those are the negative things that I could see. Also maybe floor carpetflex could be wet washed once every 3 months since dry vacuuming is sometimes not sufficient

I stayed in a private bedroom including a pirivate bathroom for 6 nights. The location is amazing very close to the Public transportation both trams and metro station is very close to building exit door. The neighborhood is very lively as soon as you step out of the building you can come across Pubs, bars and supermarkets. Sleeping rooms are quite silent since the rooms are opposite side of the main street. Kitchen cutlery were sufficient. Room prices are reasonable

The bedroom carpet was quite dirty, after walking around in socks, they would completely change color from the deep set dust and grimes so it could use some deep cleaning. While the linen and pillowcases were clean, the duvets, pillows and mattresses were incredibly dirty, heavily stained and obviously quite old and overused. The shower was fine, but would be useful to have a movable shower head for more convenient use. The dishes in the kitchen were fine but the coffee pot was full of scale.

The hostel seemed modern, aesthetically pleasing and most of the furniture looked relatively new. It felt safe and the location is great. We had most amenities at our disposal and the internet connection was pretty good as well, apart from one day when the internet didn't work.

As bed linens were not covering the beds when we arrived, we could see that the mattresses, pillows and duvets were full of stains. The shower is not practical nor comfortable. It had really low pressure and we have to keep pushing a button every 5 seconds for the water to run. Setting water temperature is also difficult. The hostel is located in a main street, so there is noise all night.

Toilets too close to the kitchen, It would be good to have some floor and furniture renovations, and pest control, as we found some little insects in the bathroom, middle of the night.

We couldn't keep our window open because the entry hall is right next to it and anyone that has codes for entry doors could basically see or enter in our room. Why was that a problem for us? There are people that have codes for the hostel and those people were not guests (they are basically random people from the street) and we wouldn't feel safe if we keep our window opened (thanks god for the air conditioner that saved us from the heat). I think that it's safer if the hostel has keys instead of codes that anyone can get easily.

It's peaceful, clean, location is perfect and the instructions are very clear.

I do get it that thw owner needs to take extra care because of “unwished” visitors, but it’s really annoying all this codes on the locks. Wvery time you wanna enter - you need to open the messages in the booking app, then google drive and then follow the instruction. TV didn’t work. I mean it worked, but no channels available. The batteries are all rusty. The airco is just next to the bed, so it blows at you - no other option. It was hot and I took the blanket out - it looked super used 😬 I get it that it’s a hostel, but still… The shower was annoying - you neet to push the button every 3 secs to get water running out. But oke, it’s a hostel. If you wanna stay there for a couple of nights - it’s a good choice.

Good location, laundry available, friendly owner. It was fine, really fine. Clean kitchen and all cooking stuff available.

There wasn’t any toiletpaper for the first two days of our stay, the TV didn’t work and when we removed the linen the mattress, pillow and blanket had various amounts of stains on them.

Good location close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and public transportation. The self check-in was fine, you get a PDF with instructions and we had no problems getting into the hostel or our room. We had room 2, which doesn’t face the road, so it was quiet. The common areas and the room was clean. And the aircondition worked. I never met any of the staff, but they answered (almost all of) my messages and were very polite.

The design of the hostel was cool, but it couldn't help the fact that the common areas including kitchen, toilets and bathrooms all seemed dirty. The AC remote also needs a serious disinfection. Our room was facing the main road, which might be too loud for some, I personally was okay with the noise level.

The hostel had convenient location, and the self-check-in process was overall easy to follow. The apartment had bathrooms and toilets which was shared among all guests. This wasn't inconvenient, didn't really meet other guests. Towels and soap was provided. The AC worked nicely.

Needs a deep and regular cleaning. You are left at the mercy of the other guests, and unfortunately not everyone knows how to share a space. The French dudes that were staying never flushed or cleaned after themselves and no one can use the bathroom after them, so what are the other guests supposed to do? The showers are also a bit annoying, you have to keep pressing every 10 seconds for water.

Location is spot on and you have everything you may need in a hostel.

The showers were kinda bad. On first glance the looked comfortable. But when you turn them on The shower heads are broken with water going all over the place. Also they are very hot or very cold no inbetween.

It was a little bit confusing to find it initially, but we soon figured it out. The room could have been cleaner, the floors in particular. The beds were quite hard, but we slept better than we thought we would. The shower was a bit of a nightmare. I found it really difficult to adjust the temperature, especially when my hands were wet. You have to keep pressing the button to keep it on, which is very annoying. There was also one day when there was no hot water in the morning. There were plenty of drawers to store our belongings, but it would have been nice to have a wardrobe to hang our clothes.

Convenient location. Felt very secure. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was nice to have the option.

I did not like the noise coming from the streets at night. If you have trouble sleeping with noise, it will be a problem. The room noise isolation is not great.

The elevator is old. It is scared to use it. The showers are complicated to use. Every 10 seconds push the button to use to shower.

The hostel is small , cozy and super clean. The air condition system works perfect. No voice from outside. The hostel is centralized.
