Awesome location in the heart of Budapest just in front of the river, west bank. Great Danube river and Elizabeth Bridge view from the balcony with a breakfast lovely table. Dedicated parking and a discount for all meals in the local restaurant on the ground floor. The host was very supportive and friendly, and so very kind to help us with the late night check-in.

As the apartment has no window, I would not recommend it for longer stays.

Very good for short stay and good deal for the money. Friendly manager, good communication. We got good sleep too and the central location is truly great, easy to get anywhere but near nature and calm despite big road nearby.

The appartment has a great possibility to be pure 10, with just a little bit of attention to the details and better cleaning (the kitchen drawer…and the rug on the floor in bedroom is really not a good idea). Also the bed has to little space for walking around, because of the extention above the head space, wich for us was not important at all.

The appartment is beautiful we liked the style of it…and the location is top. Its the center and its not. Therme just next. We liked the view very much and the cosyness. The parking right next to the appartment. All the connections right next. Restaurant and brunch under. The owner nice person. If i will go to Budapest i will deffinitely go to this appartment again.

It wasnt clear that the apartment had a gallery bedroom. I didn't mind but it should be stated.

The location was great. The connections on the city transport were all within 100m max The apartment itself its clean. Well organised. Cosy. It has iron with a board, hair dryer, toaster, kettler, Dolce gusto machine ( bring capsules if you like them). Even if its on a very central and lively square the apartment is rather quiet, no loud musik, no street voices.

The size of the apartment was quite small, and there were no windows, hence no natural light. Also the couch was not very confortable, and the bedroom upstairs had a really low ceiling. Beside this, everything was all right

Since we were on ground floor, there's not much privacy because curtains don't actually do their job and are there more for fashion than to provide privacy. Although everything was set up and mostly clean, there should be an extra effort to clean some spaces in apartment (cabinets in kitchen, bathroom floor behind the door or some household items). Upper deck of apartment is not as practical if you are tall person (1,75 and above) because you'll have to bend each time walking upstairs.

The location is phenomenal, all sights that are located on Buda side are nearby and within easy walking distance. Free parking which is actually near the building is also excellent because not many apartments in city center offer it for free. There are two restaurants with kind staff practically in the same building so should you choose to have a breakfast/dinner, you don't have to go far. There is sufficient amount of needed household items although some should be renewed. Space is well organized and used but it might be too crowded if there are 4 people in one apartment. Also, it's calm and quiet neighborhood!

There were only 3 forks (room was booked for 4 persons), frying pan belongs in the garbage - it was all scratched. Kitchen utensils were very basic.

The couch wasn't that comfortable for sleeping. There is nothing in the kitchen food wise (not even salt). Difficult changing the setting of the heater.

We appreciate parking by the accommodation. It was well located and generally comfortable. Possibility of making simple meals, almost fully equipped kitchen. There is a 10euro fee for check-in after 9pm. Close to tram stops, Budapest is big so I recommend using public transport and buying all day tickets. The owner offered us a 10 % discount at the restaurant around the corner.

Some of the pictures in Booking are not from the apartment I stayed in, so it can be confusing which one you are going to use. The apartment could be too small, but that was not a problem for me and my friends

Lights in the apartment coul be stronger. It's a bit dark, but our family likes more light than most people, so it may not be a problem for many people. Noisy and strange machine in the bathroom. I assume it's some kind of waste water treatment machine. It makes noise whenever you use the bathroom, but that didn't bother us. It was just unusual. One problem was that toilet (or that machine) is very sensitive to toilet paper, and doesn't tolerate paper (or larger quantities of it) and it got clogged and smeled bad, but Zoltan repaired it quickly, and we haven't had any problem after. There is nowhere to dry your towels during the winter, but it was not a problem because we stayed there only 4 nights. There is a window between bathroom and bedroom, and the light from the bathroom might bother a person sleeping in the bedroom. One curtain would solve this minor inconvenience.

Great apartment! We stayed in a 'Deluxe apartment". Great location. 10 minute walk from city centre-Vaci street. Private parking in front of the apartment. You can see your car through the window. Apartment is very well equipped. There is no noise from the street. Very sunny during the day. Good heating, which is very easy to operate.

Small, but beautiful apartment - has everything you need for living. Absolutely perfect location, 5 minutes walk, good private parking. Good value for the money.
