Was all lovely - would benefit from a gym but otherwise everything you could want

The spa is a bit basic. Don't book this hotel for a wellness weekend, just take the spa amenities as an extra.

The food was amazing, 3 course selection from a small menu changing every evening. With only 14 or so rooms the hotel is a nice and quiet retreat on walking distance from the city center. There's also a lovely garden for some reading. Staff were all very friendly as well.

The check-in greeting staff could be a lot friendlier, a little smile or some information at check-in wouldn't hurt... Okay, maybe she was having a bad day, so I'm not complaining. Technically the check-in was okay

The villa is fantastic, well equipped, well maintained and well cleaned. The restaurant offers an unforgettable experience where the food is not only very delicious but also well presented.

Nothing to complain about.

The villa is located in a very quiet street - it's very elegant and tranquil with a small wellness (swimming pool, hot tub, sauna) + summer garden available. There is a billiard room and a small on-site cinema. Room looks exactly like on the pictures, clean, equipped (mini-fridge with small snack and beverages, free toiletries). The staff (especially in the restaurant) is super kind and helpful, the food is beautiful, excellent ingredients, very tasty (true for all of Eger, by the way:). This place is a little treasure worth to visit and enjoy.

We arrived around noon and the room was ready to check in! We stayed in Silver Art which was a beautiful room with views to the city and a separate living room. We loved it! The bed is so comfortable. The wellness area is perfect size and we could even sunbathe outside. The restaurant and the staff were exceptional. The dinner food was amazing, the chefs and the waiters were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was also a wide range and great service. They even allowed us to check out late so we can enjoy the wellness a little bit longer. Such a lovely place and will definitely return.

Room not as advertised. Room was suppose to have own bath but it didnt. When I asked about it I was told that not all rooms have bath but they are advertised the same. that shouldnt be like that. there are not too many rooms in the property. it cant be so difficult to list them individually. Also balconny was quite sterile. empty with just 2 sunbeds. not using its potential. you just dont want to stay there while it could have been nice if properlly equiped.

Photos are totally misleading! Room and facilities are so wearout and poor. Bed and pillows are not comfortable. All furnitures looks old, horrable sofas dont even want to sit on them. All indoor areas are really dark. Dinner tables were presetted and staff refused our request to move to the garden area. Found a dead bird on the balcony!!!Booked 2 nites but run away after the first night… The front deck staff asked why? It is unbearable and dont you aware?!! Get a reno and total upgrade!

Ambience in the restaurant was lacking; food selection was quite limited; waitress was friendly but slow, don’t think that she understood much English, felt that we were being rushed to complete our meal within her time constraints.
