Cleaning, many insects in the room (this time lady bugs), quite expensive for the conditions, no restaurant and the breakfast could be improved a lot.

Good room for 4, not very spacious but good enough for 2 nights, free entrance at the Aquapark.

The room was not very clean, we found underwear in the closet and some dirt on the shelves. The bathroom didn't seem too clean either. It might have been just a slip. The aqua park on the other hand is extremely well kept, they clean constantly, and the water was changed every day.

It is located 50m from the aqua park and the hotel offers all day free entrance to the park. There are restaurants and coffee shops very close to the hotel. Breakfast is good and varied, with different options. There is a playground for young children which is really nice, especially for families with children.

İt's a bit too hot in the lobby, where I was allowed to work . The stuff didn't mind I was working there,I work online. I have a feeling it's not about the hotel, it's about Hungary. İt was also very hot on the spa. However I opened the window in my room and slept under 2 blankets , it was good. İn the spa the stuff opened me the doors to go outside.amd my grandchildren, Hungarian , loved the spa. The upsetting thing at the spa was this. My grandkids were visiting, so I paid extra. To my disappointment the stuff made me pay full price for kids, aged 7 and 9, no school certificate. They are small kids and they look like kids.

Poor cleanliness of the room and bathroom at check-in. More attention should be paid to cleaning the carpet, bathroom floor and sanitary ware. At least the trash cans should have been emptied during the stay. Although the hotel's indoor pool is mentioned on the hotel page, it was not working. This clarification would have been helpful, especially since it was one of the criteria for choosing this hotel.

Prompt communication with the hotel staff through the chat on Booking. In general, the staff was kind. Aqua Park Aquarius very close to the hotel. The very good quality of the mattresses and pillows. Sufficient parking spaces.

The music from the strange outdoor bar playing very late.

Included Access to the thermal bath. It was great to go back and forth and to pay with bracelet. Location near lake and restaurants. Musical fountain.

There is no sauna & swimming pool in the hotel building (only in the spa nearby, sauna is for extra fee), the room is really small

The Reception staff is exceptionally professional, kind, and helpful. The hotel is very well located as we wanted to be in Sóstó. It is next door to the spa and the zoo. Breakfast is varied, savory and sweet. I would surely come back to Fürdõház! Thank you for your hospitality!

Even tough the breakfast was very good, it didn’t vary too much from a day to the other. Also, they didn’t change us the towels, but when we asked at the reception, they gave us new ones.

The hotel is very close to the Aquarius and to the zoo, it is modern and cozy. You have robes in the closet for the spa, the breakfast was good, with choices for the adults and also for the kids. You receive the bracelet for the entrance at the spa from the reception

Cleaning could have been a little more thourough.

Great location right next to the Sostó lake and aquapark, just a few meters away from 2 decent restaurants. Good breakfast. Didn’t have a chance to try the spa facilities in the hotel building but went instead to the main aquapark and spa next door which was very pleasant and included in the price of the stay. Private secure parking was right in front of the building and was also included in the price.

Great location next to the aquapark, lakes and zoo. Restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast included with a nice selection. Aquapark tickets included. Private parking. It was our second stay and will come back again.

In case of opening the windows of a back-side room of the hotel, the heavy ventilation equipment of the SPA nearby can be heard. For this reason you can't really sleep with open windows, only with AC.

Room was signed as 14 sq.m, but it’s actually smaller due to roof. But we didn’t spent much time there, only for sleeping.

Destul de greu de gasit restaurante in zona, iar la cele existente e necesara rezervare. Pretty hard to find restaurants in the area; the existing ones require reservation.
