All was good and as expected.

Some of the hot food was cold. The outside was not inoressive

For roughly $90/night. I was expecting a bed and a room. We got a suit with a kitchenette . The continental breakfast had hot and cold foods, at least 5 different meats, 4 cheeses, excellent bread, among other things . The reception was very helpful and friendly. We probably not return to Specs, but we highly recommend the Fordan Hotel

It’s right next to a casino. Not sure I felt real safe in that area but we did not see anything that worried us. We did have to walk to a shopping mall to find something to eat.

The facilities are older and prone to breakdown.

Furniture basic and poorly constructed. Rather a strange venue with the pool hall next door, where breakfast was served, but not a big problem.

The hotel is much better than it looks from the outside. It's extremely easy to get there from the railway and bus stations and the town centre is just a short walk up the road. It's close to the market. The room was large and quiet, despite its central location. Air con worked well, though I'm not sure if it would cope with summer heat. Staff were extremely helpful. One found me a hairdryer (not in room). Very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and staff were willing to prepare fresh eggs if I wanted them. I appreciated the fresh rolls.

I have nothing to complain about.

The rooms are clean, spacious and warm. The breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. You are in the city center in just a few minutes. I highly recommend it and will definitely come again.

Only one flat pillow for sleeping. The building is all concrete and it was unbearably hot in the room, and the room was a bit too big for the one air con(positioned really far from the bed) to help soon enough(it took about two hours for the other side of the room to cool down this way). The tiny TV was ridiculously far from the bed. The room was clean but smelled too much of cleaning chemicals. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were inedible(sour for some reason, maybe off?)

Good location, clean, huge room, decent bed, easy check-in, air conditioning, quiet room(overlooking a quiet backstreet), nice staff. I liked the fresh warm rolls at breakfast
