No coffee making facilities. Soap dispenser was empty. Replacement did not work. Finally, it was corrected. I do not like charging for parking (I parked free on street). Location is away from town center.

Not all facilities in the wellness club working. The opening hour is quite short, only 4 hours. The coffee machine during breakfast was NOT always working.

The restaurant could do with changing the menu occasionally. I have been coming to the hotel for a good number of years and it appears identical.

The hotel is well situated in a calm area, but with easy acces to the town centre - just by crossing the bridge. Staff are always pleasant and helpful and hotel restaurant is good.

The shower was clean however it is a narrow glass-cube, and old fashioned. The bed was littlebit too soft (this is subjective)

No disinfection liquid in restaurant. 4 stars hotel should have a bit better equipped rooms. This was classic for 3*. For example, If you want to go the swimmingpool, you have to buy the cheapest textile slippers.

There is no cattle nor tea nor coffee in the room. If you want some you have to go to the bar and pay for it …and one night it’s over 140 EUR …. Breakfasts really poor. Half board …. Again food included not a big choice on the menu … for drinks even coffee you still have to pay additionally. Again if not a great waiters and stuff on the reception my stay would be really disappointing with this overpriced hotel.

Staff is excellent without them this hotel would be a pity stay really overpriced not managed well old hotel.

Room needs to be cleaned more thoroughly, especially the bathroom. Shower had rust stains all around the bottom edge of it and the toilet seat was dirty. Besides a cleaning, I think it needs to be renovated!

Their attitude to press money out of guests - 50 eur/night for a child sleeping in the parents’ bed, 15 eur for lost plastic room card, 6 eur for parking in the onsite lot while the next door huge public parking lot is free, etc. Reception will not sell drinks from the fridge at the reception after 10 pm - and nothing open in walking distance. No coffee machine in the room. Our suite’s window opened for dirty roof. No wellness robes in one of our rooms. Members of loud sport team running around in hotel and corridors in swimsuit, half naked or bare foot while keeping their belongings on the corridor.

We had to check-out and leave as we had ended our holidays, but I could have stayed longer :)

Great location in Tiszaliget district, a very calm and relaxed area of Szolnok, with lots of green areas, parks and forest. Walking distance from Tiszavirag bridge in order to cross the Tisza river and get into the city center of Szolnok, where you can spend some nice time walking in the city. The hotel was great from A to Z: fantastic room, spacious and well equipped, new furniture, fully renovated bathroom, great amenities, really nothing to complain about. Food & Beverage service was splendid as well: we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner services during our stay - all was perfect. Staff are incredible: so polite, so helpful and so friendly - everybody from reception, restaurant, bar did an amazing job and big thank you to them for being so flexible and helpful with our "extra" requests. And there is also a huge bonus which is the secured parking place right next to the hotel. I can only say, this place is highly recommended, and We will be back for sure!

Reception staff was friendly but they failed to issue proper invoice. They overcharged my stay, and I still don't have my refund. What a shame. I’ve learned that it is a common situation in Hungary, tourists or business travelers are constantly cheated by local hotels and restaurants owners.
