We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SlovakiaI think it would be nice to have at least tap water without extra charge for dinner. Everyone was pretty surprised about it. During dinner, the bar works only if you tell the receptionist to get someone for you. They get you your drink and go away again. All the staff were really nice, except this young lady at the pool reception acting pretty unpleasantly. Didn't say a word when we came, just gave us towels and put on her headphones straightaway. When we decided to get some drinks from her, we had to go to the other side (the entrance) for her to notice us, she took the headphones off, threw them at the desk and asked what we wanted....
The location of the hotel is very peaceful. Not so far from Budapest. The hotel is really modern, clean and smells nice everywhere you go. Room is big and cosy. Breakfast and dinner was great, you can choose from many options and can eat outside at the terrace as well. Wellness was absolutely amazing(two jacuzzis, big swimming pool, sauna world). Also the Welcome drink was really nice to have. Thank you for our stay.

Greeceremote area not suitable for Budapest visitors. It is very far from the city and the main roads, between villages with small and very bad roads. We paid half board and while we sent a message 3 hours before our arrival asking what time their restaurant closes they never answered us. We arrived at 21:10, their restaurant closes at 21:00 and we were not allowed to have lunch even though there were still people eating. We were fasting because all the restaurants close at 22:00 and there are no restaurants in the wider area. It is a football training hotel. There were children's academies during our stay. At 07:30 in the morning their coach woke up the athletes and all the other residents with a whistle

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm and friendly atmosphere that greeted me. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the incredible food served at the hotel's restaurant. The meals were simply exquisite, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to every palate. I found myself looking forward to every meal, and I wasn't disappointed even once. Kudos to the talented chefs and kitchen staff for making dining such a delightful experience! The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep every night, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready for each day's adventures. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner of the room, and I appreciated the care taken to create a cozy and inviting ambiance. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exceptional staff. The employees were consummate professionals, always ready to assist with any request, and their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home.

Czech RepublicThis hotel is beautiful, smells new. The food, whether dinner or breakfast, is excellent. To the center of Budapest by car in 30 minutes. Message for the hotel manager : we are interceding for a young lady of about twenty years old in the SPA area, please try to help her somehow, she is unhappy at work and should probably find a job elsewhere, where she will be better. I didn't come to a 4* hotel to have some teenage girl raise her voice at me. We experienced it several times in three days with other people. Even though this person was a big nuisance during the stay, we give 10 points...

Czech RepublicThere was no staff at the bar, we had to ask receptionists to send us someone who prepared drinks and disappered again. We had to repeat this procedure everytime we wanted to order a drink.
Modern hotel that is primarily for football players. Very nice, clean and comfortable room, great spa area for hotel guests. Breakfast and dinner were ok, breakfast rather average, but dinners were great. As there are many football players, the food was not only delicious, but also quite healthy.
