The shower situation was unusual. More/ better pillows.

Location was great, although if you want quiet early nights...rethink! Easy to get to via bus from the airport. Staff friendly and breakfast was okay!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and unfortunately the music was very loud from the bars, until after 4am. Would not have coped without earplugs.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of bustling restaurants and bars. Short walk to most major public transport stops. Breakfast was good.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable, my partner and I both had a hard time getting comfy. More pillows and a better mattress (or even a topper) would’ve been amazing

The apartments are situated really well, lots of cafes pubs and restaurants around. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Clean, superb location, spacious, friendly staff. The breakfast was good (children missed nutella thought :) ). Overall, highly recomanded for family trips.

The beds and pillows weren't the most comfy but we kind of expect that when traveling anyway. Blankets were also very small but there was a very good heater in the room so we weren't cold even in winter.

This hotel was close to everything that we wanted to do! It was very close to a lot of restaurants which made dinner with a teenager much easier! Our room was a very decent size and our bathroom was huge with towel warmers which was great! We had a small issue with our shower head and the front desk was very responsive and helpful to get it resolved as quickly as they could. The multiple front desk staff that we talked to were all willing to help us find restuarants, shopping or activities.

Some of us are picky eaters and others are lactose intolerant therefore the selection of breakfast was rather limited. Maybe a bit more variation would be better.

We were a group of 8 people and booked a room for 7 initially and the hotel was kind enough to situate us in a room to fit us 8 comfortably. The hotel is very central with easy walking access to everywhere with the closest bus stop which we used (to get to city park) just around the corner a 5 minute walk. It is situated in a street with many bars and restaurant therefore the nightlife is great especially for younger adults. U can hear music from the rooms facing the street in the apartment however it didn’t bother us. I generally cannot complain about the hotel. The price paid was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if i were to visit Budapest again.

We had no hot water. You can imagine how this was after a day in the rain at 2-3 degrees with 2 small kids to get to the apartment and have no hot water to warm up. The only solution they had was to use the spa which was 5’ apart in a different building. Also the breakfast is served in the building with the reception but the flats are spread in several buildings. The spa as well. You need to exit and walk outside to comute between these buildings. Also the furniture was quite worn down and the bathroom would need some fixing

The bathroom consists of 2 rooms. It’s a big inconvenient because in the bedroom it’a a bathtub and a sink and in the living room it’s a toilet and a small sink. It’s pretty fked up situation.

Clean, in the city center, very hot and cozy in the winter, big enough apartment. Many facilities(washing machine, kitchen, many plugs, etc…) Nice staff.
