Food offer was amazing, diverse and tasty, be it breakfast or dinner. Generally speaking, all was fine, professional attitude from employees, and wonderful stay. Strongly recommended

Our room had only side lake view and there was no coffee available in the room, a bit unexpected for this kind of hotel, some dishes in the room and in the restaurant were not fully clean

Small struggle with booking thru Booking. When ariving, we had to go thru all of booking procedure via Booking once again, since the hotel did not have any rooms (except Deluxe 1thousand EUR/night) available. All did work out well. Its family friendly hotel, so you have to expect allot of children during your stay. Children were behaving well, spa was partly separated. German language was easy to use, English was bit difficult at some areas. One side of matrace was "worn out", so i could not sleep close to side edge.

Location, hotel equipment, food, bar, service, masage, spa. Room was spacy and very well situated. We did appreciate 2 handbasin in bathroom and separated restroom.

The hotel should enable the guests to keep using the wellness area also after check out at 10 AM. At first they asked to charge us for the use after 10, we had to insist and explain we are not going to stay after 11am to avoid payment. SPA and wellness opens only at 8 AM.

We were very well treated in all spaces. I want to pay my regards to the sauna-mester Csaba and his wife ,who made our experience so magnificent.... Food was very divers and tasty. We enjoyed the experience of sun-bathing on the little private island , doubled by a swim in Balaton Lake.

Maybe one thing I can recommend and can be handled better, and that is the seating arrangements at breakfast and dinner. What other hotels are doing and works well, is that there is a waiting queue where you wait till you are seated to the first available table.

In short, great location, large free parking, excellent breakfast and dinner, live music (quality one too). Even the à la carte restaurant is top notch. Wellness area is large enough, and not overcrowded. Everything is new and in very good condition.

Great Hotel, great staff. We spent 4 nights in February 2024, and all about our experience has been excellent. The Hotel has been recently renovated, the ambience and style is very nice and elegant, the whole Spa area is very good, very clean, facilities are great, staff is very attentive and very well trained for hospitality. We tried both massages and aesthetic treatments, excellent. The buffet breakfast and dinner was also very good. The Hotel is facing the lake, just few meters from it, in a peaceful area, excellent for a walk on the border of the lake. We chose deluxe room with “sea view”, it was very nice and comfortable, extremely clean, very polite cleaning staff. It’s an excellent experience, all in all from the design to the cleanliness, to the Spa, to the staff, to the food and bar, all is excellent.

Breakfast no bacon? evening meal no iced cream. Shower room lacking in hooks for towels, bath towels a bit small, no toiletries (should have been) no slippers (should have been). Smart TV would not accept Firestick nor android box for English TV. After 1 week still not received my online bill.

Superior Room modern, beds comfortable, heating sufficient, large shower. TV good size, laptop safe, patio large enough. All areas clean, large spa (not used). Great selection for dinner, breakfast good.Staff polite and efficient especially restaurant. Free parking.

The room was not cleaned after 3 days of stay,but only at our request. Availability of towels in wellness is limited, as they are given only after 2 days of use. Most of the staff are not speaking English. There is no dark curtain on bathroom windows which is limiting privacy.
