The whole floor smelled like mold realy strong including the room. The carped had very visible moldy stains and everytime we etered the room, we had to let the windows open because of the smell. The blanket had bleaching stains.

It was stated that there was air conditioning and there wasn’t, this made the room unbearable at night. Shower had no curtain and therefore the room got very wet and sloppy after any shower. Door to this room also didn’t close properly

The guy or woman idk didn’t replied us when we could go to the apartment.. even though we called him about 6 times and when we got to the apartment, we couldn’t get in OMG it was terrible! But after that we met a guy who lived there and he helped us so much. If it weren’t for him, we would probably sleep outside on the bench for real :D

Easy to book, no issues with key code and arrival. Nice new building and garden on 1st floor. Safe and accessible to metro station. Comfortable bed and clean bedsheets.

The host is incorrect. He does not send the data to the entrance ... he does not answer the phone. Scam!!! No one should book here!!! There is also a police case against him! Of course he won't return the money!!! And Booking wasn't helpful either...

Definitely the worst host ever! Worst communication skills. Couldn’t even get in to the apartment so we had to book hotel. And we were not the only ones in this situation. There was an another couple who also couldn’t reach the host and had to stay at a different hotel. I’d never recommend booking with them.

I saw a bedbug crawl on my wall. The carpet was full of ash residues, the whole carpet hasn't seen a proper cleaning in ages. The check-in was messy (could've been Booking's fault), the cupboard's sliding doors were off the rails. The entire place lacks cleanliness!

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay-ish, the place itself WOULD be okay.

The room is very dirty. I haven't seen such as dirty place, it was an empty beer can in windowsill. The carpet was dirty too with spots of something. Can you clean the room often and better? The hotel has sent email about Tourism tax payment. For what should I pay? It makes no sense, I've visited Budapest 4 times, but noone asked me to pay Tourism Tax. Also, the noise isolation is very bad. In our room we heard how the men went to the toilet and looks like you have some problems with odor extraction 🤢 There were also some white spots on the bed 🤢🤢

Poor place Carpet extremely dirty ( stains everywhere) Wardrobes dirty Bed uncomfortable Toilet/ Bathroom dirty Noise I booked for two nights but how the place looks I couldn't stay the two nights one night was enough because I woke up with itches in all my body because of the dirty I contacted the property but not answer at all because to refund my money including the tourism tax that they charged but not answer. Places like that should be in Booking website. Very bad experience.

Parking in the street is payable between 8,30-22,00 I get a penalty because it didnt appear well in the information letter of the accomodation.

Owner is a scammer. He asked me to pay in his personal paypal account for "tourism tax". This tax is 4% and had already paid by booking.com. When I told him that tax is already bben paid he refuse to provide me the door codes. I have already report him to paypal and booking.com

The owner scammed me by asking me to send money to his paypal account (for "tourism taxes") after I had already paid on Booking.com and refused to let me check in until I paid. Awful.

When we booked the deluxe room we expected to have an apartment and a private bathroom, but just before we arrived we were told instead that the apartment included two more rooms besides ours and two shared bathrooms including only one with shower. Once we entered we immediately noticed the obvious dirty carpet and during the stay we had to do everything not to put our feet on it. There was only one big towel each, which one day we was also taken (by you do not know who), put to wash and laid out and we had to wait to have a shower while we put it to dry on the radiator. The bed was small for two people, it was the size of a square and a half. to "hang" clothes in the room there was only a little table, the closet was outside the room and there were no hangers inside. There were no lamps, but only the light on the roof and the only switch was near the door, away from the bed.

The only positive thing about the room is the location, close to the metro and not too far from the center.
