We have booked 23m2 room, but got only 15 m2 one. For two people this is too small (and 30% smaller than the one we’ve booked), account for furniture and there was very little space to move around. Very strange and disappointing too, because hotel was not full and there were other rooms available. We’re returning customers (been there at least five times already) and will probably come back but will make sure to avoid room 107 😎

The breakfast was good, served in a small room. Maybe not a huge choice, but it was enough, with warm and cold food, fruit and yoghurt.

Excellent atmosphere of the hotel - makes justice to the name Historia. The location! - you can take the nearby stairs and you get right near the Watching tower in the old town. Small and cosy sauna. Stayed here twice.

My room was very small and noisy. I feel and heard every car on the street. The same price, the room of my colleagues was very big - like apartment. The breakfast was poor. You can not use the SPA if you not pre-order. And if you pre-order, it is again bot sure that the SPA will be hot. The restaurant is not working. Only one small shower gel (10ml) for 3 nights.

The entrance to the car park is small, took a lots of time to get in with my car. The minibar fridge did not cooling anything down more than a room temperature.

Way overpriced. The hotel has no restaurant, no bar, just a beverages vending machine. Not worth for the 4 star rating.

Extremely small room - you literally need to squeeze yourself between the bed and furniture. Breakfast too simple and does not seem to be enough for all guests (needed to ask for extra omelette as it was over); no natural juices. Wellness area also too small (only one sauna and a small jacuzzi) - a joke for a so-called 4 star wellness hotel! On the top of that you need to ask them 2h beforehand so they turn on the sauna. Clearly trying to cut costs on the expense of the guests. Not worth at all - Too expensive for what they offer!

The staff was so helpful. I had made a mistake in my booking with our rooms which they handled with ease and professionalism. The next morning, the woman at the front desk spent so much time with me explaining the history of the facility. The whole experience made me want to live in Hungary!
