The parking is free but is on the unpaved land The hotel look like is from the war world 2 inside The elevator is small and old The dors are old and The room is dirty and no modern ( at all) Dirty sheets from the hair maids, probably gipsy Bath in the room is a joke ( the pictures from the booking are not real), it is a place were you can do “ toilet things” but it is so so dirty and smeling ugly I do not recomand this hotel .

The room needs a properre-decoration as it is out of age now. Bathroom and toilet facilities are old and sometimes doesn’t work. The receptionist at arrival wasn’t aware of certain things and might need a bit of training. Some reason i paid more then what booking.com said and according to the receptionist it could have been a tax? Why are these not included in the given price? Breakfast was shocking!!!cheap A4 printed sheets everywhere in the building where its stated only bread and butter for breakfast. There was an automatic juice machine,some tea and 2in 1 coffee and also therr was two different type of “old” pastry or the cheapest and bread with butter. DO NOT ADVERTISE YOUR BOOKING WITH BREAKFAST because this is far away from breakfast.

The hotel is located by the balaton and few minutes away from the heart of Siofok.

It is a dilapidated hotel, probably never refreshed since the 80s. Very small and old elevator, dirty curtains and carpets. The worst part was the bathroom, which was full of mold and mosquitos. Dangerous power outlets, we didn't dare to charge our phones. Very noisy at night. Poor breakfast: pieces of pastry, butter, jam, tea, coffee (avoid at all cost - old milk in the coffee machine) and juice.

Location (near the lake and the pedestrian street), balcony, free parking lot, new-looking air-condition in our room, minifridge, free WIFI.

The hotel rooms could be a little renovated. Breakfast desperate. He has very little available. Disappointed.

Breakfast was a let down. The only topping for your bread was jam, so if you don't fancy that, there's nothing to eat.

The beds were very comfortable and I was surprised to see there was a bath tub!

It is a very old building, a relicve I might say. Not clean, not comfortable. Not even toilet paper, I had to ask the front desk (I assumed they will send someone as I was on my way out - the girl at reception simply handed me a toilet paper roll). Spider web everywhere, full of small flies. The toilet system for flushing is indeed from another age, I didn't know they still exist.

The only good things about the hotel are the fact that it has AC and the location.

Spiders and ants in the room. Bathroom disaster. Breakfast is not so bad. Hotel is in a good location for young people, it is loud all night. Hotel is from the 80s. It deserves a star or two.

The building was a bit old. While kept well, it was still a bit "rustic". It can be a bit loud up to like 12-1am as it's near clubs, however I do not believe this is the hotels fault.

The hotel was at a great location and the stuff was really welcoming and helpful. The AC in the room was lovely, as well as the wifi. We had a pretty good view of the water and nearby clubs/shops. The breakfast was a good start to the day, done well and hygienic.

Everything else is in a shockingly bad state. The pictures on the website are either heavily photoshopped or were taken when this was built (I imagine in the 1970s). There were some cosmetic changes to the rooms but generally, everything is really worn down and/or falling apart. Central location means it's very loud during the night. I would not recommend unless you really don't care about anything.
