It was enjoyable stay. Welcoming staff. They agreed for late check out,for a minimum charge. Breakfast was excellent.It is a modern hotel. Rooms well equipped, clean, tidy and soundproofed.Excellent location, just close to keliti railway,station, and Hop on -Hop off bus stop.Highly recommended.

The hotel is not very close to city center by walking but there is a metro station in front of it so it's easy to reach any part of the city quite fast by subway. We arrived 3 hours ahead of check-in hours and we couldn't check in earlier thus we had lunch meantime and then still had to wait 2 hours in the reception area for the room to become available. Also the receptionist we had first contact with was not a very friendly person but at least she responded to our questions.

The room and the hotel were very clean and we had all we need during our stay, also a bottle of water was offered to us in the room. The room was facing the courtyard so it was very quiet during our stay. The cleaning personnel was very friendly and when I asked them another set of towels because we only had one in the room they gave us 2 more and even apologized for the inconvenience. We didn't had breakfast so I can't share any opinion about it. Parking is available at a cost of 15 eur/24h but it is very clean and safe so we used it with confidence.

Breakfast... is complicated. There are many waiters clearing the tables, but they do it too quickly, as if they were in a hurry to throw people out. On several occasions it happened to me that I was preparing breakfast, I left the coffee or juice on the table and returned to the buffet to have some food: when I returned to the table, the coffee cup or glass had disappeared. The waiters had already taken it away. It once happened to me with a plate full of food. In addition to being annoying for customers, it is an unnecessary waste of food and drink. What stress! What a waste!

New hotel next to Keleti railway station, ideal for train travelers in Europe. Large room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning (hot and cold) and good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfast buffet was very complete, with an abundance of hot dishes. Staff friendly and most speak English.

Nice view at the front. Low noise inside the room despite the traffic on the roads. Many ways to travel via public transportation. Well preserved facilities, clean, big breakfast with many options.

Our room was the furthest away from the lift but it was ok and the corridors were well lit and quiet. The bed/mattress was just a little too soft for my personal liking; preferred a firmer mattress.

The location was excellent just as we needed it to be very close to Keleti Train Station for onward train to Munich, Germany. The location was also good for local transport to all the sights and places we wanted to go to. The bonus was it was only a 5 minute walk to the Thai Restaurant which my grandson liked so much we went there for two dinners in a row. There was also a money-changer nearby and other cafes and bakeries to buy snacks from. The room was spacious and had a very good shower.

The noise outside can be quite loud which meant having the window open at night kept us awake, we therefore had to close the window and use the air conditioning, however this was a little less powerful than we would have liked, however this did not stop us from enjoying our stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location, the M2 line is located right outside the hotel which takes you right into the centre of pest and also across the river and up the hill to Buda. We used this every day to get out and about and it was excellent. There are also lots of buses in this location which meant getting around was excellent. The room itself was brilliant and the shower was very powerful, the staff were friendly and responded to our needs quickly.

Wonderful hotel. Right by a major train station that also had metro stations. Could get everywhere real fast. Like all Intercity hotels. Very nice. They allowed us to leave one of our bags there for a week because we were coming back to this hotel.

Very nice and modern decoration, the room was clean, comfortable and cosy. Great location if you need to take a train from Kelety station. 10 Minutes walk from Arena shopping center. Check out by 12:00 is really convenient. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommended.
