We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe curtains in the room did not block the sun so our little one woke up at 5 am every morning as it was day already :P
We managed to get a last time rate that was maybe a little above average but included half board meal with an excellent dinner (there were more than 10 different kind of meals and every one of it very tasty) and free access in the aquapark for which we could enter all day long from the hotel's garden. The hotel is also very close to most of the towns tourist points like the zoo, to a nice park and playgrounds. The staff was very friendly and managed to make us feel very welcomed. The waiter was attentive and offered us our preferred table and was very caring with our 1 year old child. We received the first room so it was really easy to bring the stroller in the room which was very helpful. We decided to revisit the hotel with our bigger family in the near future.

Convenient access to the Aquapark, right at the backyard of the hotel. Half-board option is a very value for money with good selection of delicious meals. We highly recommend Irisz for families with small children like us.

RomaniaClean room, air conditioning, quiet, friendly staff (they speak English or at least understand what you want 😁), very good and varied enough food for us and a 2.5-year-old child (we had half-board, but at check-in you can also choose full board by paying the difference) A plus was the fact that the entrance to the Aquapark is also included (although in the future it would be appreciated if they could offer access to the Aquapark on the day of check-out as well) We walked about 15 minutes to the Zoo. We felt very good, we will come back.

RomaniaWe had ants in our bathroom. My bad sheet had some spots on it (probably was clean just spots didn't go out after and with washing) One of the night lamps was broken.
Located close to the lake, park, zoo, aquapark. Food was very tasty, we had half board. Serving was good, everybody was very nice. Checking in and out was easy and quick.

Excellent dinner and breakfast. Despite the fact that I checked-in on the same weekday as last week, the dinner was different this time. Friendly, professional English speaking staff at the Reception as well as in the Restaurant. Aquarius-Spa included in the price of the room.
