The rooms nearby the lobby/common area might be a bit noisier.

Friendly staff, interesting rooms, it is really a boutique hotel, and good spa. It is a smaller hotel, so do not imagine the spa a wellness hotel franchise would have, but perfect for leisure. The breakfast was really good.

The design of the bathroom door was weird - it could not close as it resembles a saloon door.

The hospitality and the knowledge of English by the hotel staff. Also the room we stayed in was very large and offered a high level of comfort.

The breakfast could be a bit better and have more quality, but the hosts try and take lots of care for the customers to always be satisfied.

The staff was very nice and wanted to help in every situation. We even got a gratis 1h of massage! The garden is also beautiful and the 24h-working cafe is amazing!

Hotel has many different styles in decor, also with room. We stayed in Egyptian room. In that room everything was spatious, but bathroom - very small shower and bathroom overall. Breakfast was okay, basic. PArking is availible on the back of hotel, you can park on street too (payable).

Very nice hotel, big room, bathroom separeted from the toilet, the hotel has spa (we didn’t have time to use it, but it looked nice), private parking (9 eur per night), complementary tea/coffee, good breakfast and the staff was very friendly. We received a 10% coupon for the restaurant nearby, where they have delicious food.

The rooms and bathrooms are small. The sauna is very small, basically designed for two persons in sitting position. Water of swimming pool was (too) cold, just after sauna nice.

Central location, a lot of possibilities in the area (restaurant, shopping...). Every room has it's special interior design. Breakfast buffet was with big selection and tasty. Spacious jacuzzi and indoor swimmingpool.

I wish they had provided little shampoos and more toiletries in the bathroom, there was only like 3in1 soap and i wish the pool was heated, sadly we couldnt use it this time of the year.

I like the decor in the hotel, every room had a different theme, and they let us choose a room on the spot, but we stayed in the offseason,i dont know if that matters. If you are looking for a bit quirky and charming place, this is perfect. It was quite clean, the spa was wonderful, the location was right in the center but walking distance to the lake. I liked the complimentary tea and coffee available at all times. Massage was great too. Breakfast was good,buffet style. Matress was really great and firm,not one of those cheap ones. I would definitely stay there again.

The hot water took a while to get to our room :), The wifi was quite poor (Gothic room 2mb). On the night we were there, there was a sort of a b-day party with plenty of kids, who apparently were allowed to shout and play in the hallways neglected and freely.

Great staff, very attentive and kind. We appreciated the breakfast-to-go quite early in the morning (before opening hours). Really liked the safe parking, which has a fair price. Liked the spa facilities.

Spa: The water in the swimming pool is simply too cold for swimming. We've let the staff know, however we don't know if any action will be taken. The whirlpool was okayish. TV: only the 5 free HU channels available, even though there is a list of 80 channels provided. The answer of the reception was that this is the same in all rooms, not only this room. Fitness: old machines, partly not working or noisy.

Our room was extraordinary and colorful with a comfortable bed and enough space for two. Location is on the main street, close to the beach and train station.

In our first room, there was no hot water, we got offered a change. Unfortunately at the 2nd room there was sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The water is a bit cold in the spa.

The rooms each have unique exciting style, I'd like to return and try more of them. The breakfast was delicious. The interior places are beautiful

The indoor pool was a bit too cold but it was ok.

The everytime available free coffee was very nice. The Spa also was really nice with a big indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna.

Uncomfortable beds, style and amenities with furniture which was there were good maybe 25 years ago. While we like the overall stay and cannot complain so much, the hotel and facilities seemed very outdated and maybe the less decorations and cleaner areas, walls would mean more here. The spa was not the cleanest one and some other guests didnt make the experience so nice as some couples were very rude or drunk in the whirpool. Also some small touches like coffee machine, kettle, better shampoo/body wash in the room would make it much better. Sometimes noise from the trains but it is what it is for the price it was fair but didnt meet the expectations

Great location and price for the stay in Siofok. Also the breakfast was OK and great addition the spa, which, however, wasnt so great but was nice addition to our stay. 7,5€ parking inside or free parking on the street with no stress!

The water didn't get so warm for showers so it was a thumbs down for us. We mentioned to the reception but there was nothing they could do.

I liked that every room is different, everyone was polite, it was comfortable and cozy. The ambient was literally a boutique. We enjoyed a lot.

The size of the room.

Rooms with themes. I didn't particularly like our theme room but it was cute. It was airconditioned to fresh temperature upon our arrival. Small room. Just to sleep but in Siofok that's preferable because it's an amazing place. Good breakfast. Very good breakfast area. The decorations throughout the hotel are amazing. The big pool is quite cold. But that's subjective since some people like refreshing water.
