Food. It is a wellness hotel however we could mostly choose from fatty and unhealthy foods. Barely any healthy option. Not at all suitable for vegeterians or vegans.

Location is very beutiful, there are many programs for children. Our room was big and spacious.

The Spa area was cold. Some saunas did not work, making the other saunas crowdy.

It is a good hotel for a weekend. The staff and food are amazing. There is a program for the children. And the castle is worth to visit.

The room really needs updating. We really don’t like the carpet. It makes the room dark and out dated.

Beautiful swimming pool and outdoor area. Remind us of Spain or Italy. Love going to the pool and looking up is the castle. The show is superb! The staff is friendly and helpful. Also enjoy the children disco too.

We loved everythings: Staff, location, service, facility, food all were very good. Staffs were so helpful, speak very good English. Location - Behind castle view, more away of Sumeg city ( walking distance), surrounding of green area Food - Dinner/ Breakfast buffet, were included in our room rate and food were awesome, many choice, so well tasted. Wellness is really awesome, sauna service, everything was cleaned. We REALLY relaxed, wellness keep you 2-3 hours busy, then we did a walk around. There are few spots to visit. I believe for weekend wellness and 3-4 stays are awesome. If you have a car, you can stay more and visit other cities from there ;)

I was disappointed with the beef stew's texture during my recent visit. The meat was overcooked and tough, detracting from the overall dining experience. For a dish of this caliber, I expected a more tender and succulent quality. There was a door between 2 guest rooms and the neighbours were very loud until 3am. At least we had an extra bed which was useful as an insulation as you can see at the pictures. The other side of the room was a cleaning tool room, so the early morning was very noisy too at 7am. Luckly the staff gave a new room and that was quiet.

Second night dinner was super, delicious and tasty aswell the breakfasts. The staff is very helpful and polite.

The hotel is overpriced compared to the offerings and being a 4star superior: the room design is old fashioned, the bathroom was very poorly organized, old hair dryer, worn towels, no toiletries. We booked a double bed room and received a room with 3 single beds. The staff was kind and quick to change but had an extra price. Coffee at breakfast was very very bad.

The hotel has a very nice surroundings and view to the castle from the reception (if you want the same view from your room, it has an extra charge). The wellness area is spacious, nice design. Food was tasty, good variety. Staff was very friendly. Extra program of knight tournament included in the package free of charge. Bar, billiard, table tennis available, free parking.

The restaurant was not as nice as expected from a 4star hotel. Food very greasy, quite boring.

Amazing view, nice spacious rooms. You can only go for a massage if you book one day in advance.

Room needed some renovation chairs and beds were quite worn out. Staff was nice but it would be good if someone could speak also English.

Big pool was nice and different saunas. Room and common areas were clean . Food was ok and there was enough to choose every day. Free parking place is close. Staff was polite.
